I did have a problem and I reported it to bark box. They fixed it right away without any problems. They’ve always been helpful whenever I contact them. My dog loves her toys and treats! The quality of the treats and toys are very good and I will sign up for another year.

I LOVE barkbox
I have been a bark box customer for 3 years now and I LOVE it. When I realized my dog was destroying the toys too quickly, customer service was quick to help me find a solution and updated my box type. I can not recommend BarkBox enough.

My experience with Bark box was ok
My experience with Bark box was ok, until I tried to cancel my subscription when the price went up to $38 a month. That is a ridiculous price for 2 little bags of treats, a rubber ball & a hard piece of plastic that my dog usually chews & eats part of before I have to throw it away. It must've taken 25 minutes with customer service to convince them to stop taking my hard earned money. I shouldn't have to do more than press a button to stop receiving anything I'm paying for. My time is important & they could've made it easy but instead they pay a customer service agent to harass me about what I can spend my money on. No thanks

Hello, I wrote the other day to let you know I want to cancel my subscription! Murphy chews up the toys in about 5 minutes! The last box had 3 tiny balls which Micky mouse ball lost his ears in 5 minutes!
If I’m going to pay $35 a month I can buy better toys myself & save a lot of money!
He doesn’t like the treats!
So please CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION!!

I’ve never received half my package and I called them and they immediately investigated it for my puppy’s birthday and they sent me an extra toy for the inconvenience. I was so impressed and so happy the very nice and friendly and they really help you out if you wanna get things for your puppy come to BARK
