I've had few experiences as good as Bark box. Sure the boxes are pricey but with the quality and customer service. I cant stop. Yes Im buried in dog toys and treats, but I cant put a price on my puppies happiness. I may need to take a break from time to time. But Ill always be back.

My dog loves her barkbox and thinks every package is hers. Barkbox also has great treats at a reasonable price. The best part of barkbox as a dog mom is their customer service, they always make sure that my dog and I are happy with their services. I will continue to be a loyal barkbox client.

So you just cant go wrong with bark boxes. I learned about them from my daughter. Now i get them fir ny bew pup. He ADORES them. He even knows that they ard fir him when delivered. Great value.

Love how the communicate with me and asking if my pup loved her bark box. They ask every month. She loves everything she gets and is soooo happy when the box comes in the mail.

We love our monthly Barkbox. The pups get very excited when they see the package and know it's that time again. I even pick out extra Bark toys or treats to add from the sales otems from time to time. We also hrab Bark toys from TJ Maxx when they have them. Needless to say, our toy boxes humongous. But every toy is is loved and played with,until it crosses over.

I've been a customer of BarkBox since my dog was a little pup. She just turned 4. Every month she enjoys the treats and creative toy selections. We love that the Box/ bag always has fun, funny, seasonal toys. I've noticed that if my dog doesn't like a specific toy immediately, she will eventually circle back to it and give it some attention. She also really enjoys almost all of the treats. It's very rare that a treat arrives that she doesn't like.
I really appreciated recently when I gave some feedback regarding a dental chew my dog wouldn't touch, after a few back and forth emails with staff, trying to figure out how to better her experience, my dog was sent a special extra package with a chew she loved and 2 superchewer toys which she likes a lot. It was a very kind gift and came perfectly timed for her 4th birthday.
We really like our Bark subscription and though a wee bit pricey, I do think it's worth it.

The service, toys, and treats were all good. But when I try to cancel my subscription I am told I have to wait till the end of my subscription. Should be easier.

The dog that receives the bark box is extremely happy/excited every time that is delivered. It was a gift from me to another family member. I am told the dog knows when fedex drops it at the door and starts getting excited

I was trying to order additional items and wanted to include them in my upcoming order to save on shipping costs. Did not see how to do that so I initiated a chat. Assistant was not able to solve the problem. I know I have done it before. Very disappointing. Items are still in my shopping cart.
