Same. As many, many others haven’t received my order yet.
Ordered I mid April 2026 it’s now aug 3 2026. Still nothing.

I placed an order in mid APRIL and Still have not received the Bark Button! Practically 2 MONTHS ago!
Ive emailed several times. I get the response and it just has a link. Not sure where to, wouldnt let me open the web site. Please DONT waste your money!!

I would give this company a -100. I don't even know if the product works or not. I accidentally ordered 5 different buttons from the website unknowingly, back in December od 2025. $136 worth and asked to cancel the order which never got a reply for months. I wanted a refund of $119. I was ok with 1 bark button. So they sent me the 1 button. Cool. Meanwhile I had to close my bank card so they couldn't keep the whole $136 because I literally thought i was scammed. It is now June 2026 and still yet havent resolved the issue at all. I say if you are going to by a product like this I suggest finding it from a reputable company. This Bark Button company is just awful.

I ordered this product on April 16, 2026. I have never received the product. Sent numerous emails asking where the product is to Sarah, dog mom and founder but no response. They were quick to take the money then they disappeared. This company is a scam! Do not purchase anything from them. They will take your money and then never get the product!!!

I placed an order back in February 2026, it’s now May 2026 and I have no bark button and no refund. I have emailed the company several times with NO response. Don’t get sucked in like I did…. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Was advertised for free and only pay postage. (25.00) Well I got sucked in and it came to $175! So I never received it, I emailed them 6 times, no reply so I made a complaining post on their website, Bark Button support messaged me saying they would look into it. I never got my order, tried to cancel my order like 2 minutes after ordering. It's been 2 months. So I kept at them, they replied that the only way for me to get a refund was to contact them through whatsapp, I didn't want to join whatsapp, however I did. Sent them the link they said a service agent would contact me, they rang me through whatsapp, bullied me into joining World Remit, sort of like western union money transfer. The Indian agent said I would get my $175 plus $100 for the inconvenience. So he put it through and he had actually switched the recipient and payer around so it showed that I Sonia carlson has a credit for $275.00 but It was a scam I quickly checked my bank account and saw that it had come out of my account and not gone in. It was like watching a train crash. I rang my bank and the fraud department managed to get my money back. But am still short of the initial amount of $175. So clever and manipulative. So it was today the bank notified me about the scam and the refund to come. I'm still fuming about bark button. I might try and find them again and wage a bit of war on them for being a total rip-off. And scammers.Alli wanted was to cut my doggos barking down a bit.

Ordered, charged, never received, can't contact. This is either a complete scam or the worst company ever. Either way. RUN AWAY.

Order in February for 1 for $14.99 was upgraded to 2 and charged $80. As of today still have not received them. I have called and sent several emails with no response at all. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

Ordered in February, got upgraded (did not want), was charged to my card, and never received. Tried emailing multiple times woth zero responces.

I ordered this on February 9, they took my money out of my account, but here it is the middle of April, and nothing!!! I’ve emailed several times with no response!!!!

I ordered a bark button on December 30th, they charged my card, and it’s now February 28th and I never received the item. I have no way to look up my order because they never emailed me an order number or receipt. Just charged my credit card and disappeared.

!!!SCAM!! DO NOT BUY!! I BOUGHT ONE, THEY CHARGED ME DOUBLE AND IVE RECEIVED NOTHING!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

You get scammed by a free item only to be charged extra for something you dont want. Postage took 2 months. Thankfully Paypal gave me a full refund after i put a complaint case against them...

I ordered 1 button for 14.95 and they charged me for that AND the upgrade that I did NOT order. I wrote them 4 emails. No response. And still NO BUTTON!!! I’m very upset that I let myself be scammed like that!!

I’m still waiting for my order.. Someone contacted me and asked if I’d received it yet.. Thought it very strange.. I’m debating whether or not to report this fraud.. I placed my order and it cleared.. Almost a month now..

Total scam. Paid for shipping. No reply for over a month.

I sent my product back in Oct 2025 cause it didn't work on my dog and never received my refund no matter how many times I wrote that say they check into it get back to me claimed they refund it asking if I could show them it didn't arrive i did that they still would not refund it I'm on ssdi though I give them a chase so I saved for it now out 34.97
