I love Barnyards products, it’s the delivery times i don’t like. I think they should make it a bit more clearer on there about delivery times and dispatch.

Excellent customer care
The item was out of stock and one of the staff contacted me to see what I wanted to do. Then I was kept informed about the delivery. This was above and beyond normal service - I was very impressed. Thank you for your excellent customer care!

Loved the sale
Loved the sale, especially the threads.
Had a hard job choosing the colours. It was easy to select lots of useful notions, scissors, threaders etc.
Wished you still did the 3 packet sets of Aurifil 50's.
Perhaps you'll bring them back?
Always enjoy reading your Emails & getting inspiration.
