Jason Tucker and his brilliant team made the process smooth and easy. The entire process took a few weeks. Jason has the calmest and best approach to delivering the options and T&Cs without stress. He took me through the entire property within his purview, and just after a couple of meetings via Zoom, we had a direction. Hi,I had a great experience with Gavin who later informed me I will be talking to some Senior personnel.
When Tom called me to confirm meeting prior to the webinar; he was warm.
I was thinking we will be about 10 or 20; but no,it was a 1 on 1.I got a premium dedicated service.
Tom knows his job,first of all he made me comfortable, introduced himself as a dad and husband which is brilliant because he put a human face to the meeting.
He explained details and allowed me to ask questions and he was very patient.
Thank you for that great presentation Tom. If I had the cash in the bank I would have deposited in advance in readiness for a purchase.
