I had the best experience throughout my surgery journey. The staff took tremendous care of me ensuring I was comfortable, safe & went above and beyond to support me as I attend the surgery solo. Victoria made me feel so warm and welcomed her joy and spirit was so loving she translated everything I needed to know and ensured I felt safe throughout the whole time. The nurses Aysel treated me like one of her own! She was a pleasure to be accompanied by and Zehra looked after me so much. Everything was bliss the moment I stepped of the plane the hotel for my recovery was beautiful, I genuinely had the best experience especially considering I went alone ! Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to travel or surgery alone or in general , god bless use all and thank you.

Really grateful to the staff at Basari hospital, especially Victoria the patient co-ordinator dealing with the Bariatric surgery clientele, dietitian and surgical team, Drs and nurses, cleaning & hospitality personnel too. I felt very well cared for during my whole stay. And am very happy with my results 3 wks on. I highly recommend them for gastric surgery.

The staff were friendly but didn’t know I was serving but soon found me a bed, hospital was clean and nice, dr was again nice and straightforward my interpreter Victoria was very helpful. The operation. Went well and I was very happy but you do feel a little alone in the hospital on your own after the procedure. Location is a bit loud but I am going for a medical procedure so didn’t bother me that much, staff could be a little bit more kind and helpful

Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience. I truly appreciated the professionalism of Dr. Serkan Kaya, the quality of the surgery, and the excellent care provided by the nursing staff.
I would especially like to highlight Maria, the coordinator. Even though our communication was mostly remote, she was extremely attentive, responsive, and informative. Maria was always available, provided clear and helpful answers, and made me feel much more calm and supported throughout the entire process. Her support truly played an important role in my overall positive experience.
However, I would like to mention one concern regarding Victoria. In my experience, her communication style felt less attentive, and in some situations, communication could have been more professional and patient-oriented.
This was the only negative aspect of an otherwise very positive experience.
Overall, I am grateful for the care I received and would recommend the clinic.

I am currently 10 days post-op from my rhinoplasty with Dr Ahmet Deveci and I can honestly say my experience has been amazing from start to finish.

Dr Deveci is incredibly gentle, kind, and reassuring. I’m genuinely surprised he doesn’t have even more positive reviews, because the level of care I received was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, everything was so well organised. The accommodation included in the package was beautiful, the transfers were seamless, and I felt so looked after the entire time. In the hospital, I was treated with such care and attention, it honestly made the whole experience feel much less stressful.

Throughout the process, communication was excellent. Any time I had questions, I could message and Dr Deveci would always reply quickly and helpfully, no matter how many questions I had.

Even though I’m only 10 days post-op, I’m already so happy with my results. My nose looks natural and suits my face, and I feel so much more confident. On top of that, my breathing has improved so much as my deviation was corrected, which has made a huge difference.

I’m so grateful for the care and skill Dr Deveci has shown, and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering rhinoplasty.

The staff was incredibly friendly, supportive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. The facility itself was spotless and well‑organized. Everything felt clean, safe, and professionally maintained, which gave me a lot of confidence going into surgery. I am extremely satisfied with my rhinoplasty. Dr. Sinan did an excellent job, with great professionalism and a natural result that exceeded my expectations. Victoria, the international patient coordinator, was attentive and helpful at every stage, making the whole process smooth and safe. I highly recommend the entire team.

Amazing experience from pre surgery to post surgery. Great communication with Eser through out the entire time of seeking quotes and information all the way til we landed in Istanbul. They really don't muck around. Soon as we landed we got all tests done pretty much immediately. Victoria was our translator and the one who made everything happen prior to our surgery. We went over as a group of 3 for bariatric sleeve surgery. Big thanks to Dr Abdulla for operating on us all and for following up with checks. Nursing staff were so friendly and helpful. They were always on hand for us and helped make our recovery and stay that much more comfortable. The facilities are nice. We all had our own private rooms with our own bathrooms. There isn't a thing I can fault. Very happy and very please with the outcome. Special mention to the dietician Ceren as well who we are still in contact with now. She continues to update our eating plan and answers any questions we have. I would highly recommend Basari Hospital to everyone.

My 2nd visit to the hospital and I can't fault anything at all from booking to post operative care is fantastic. Eser was very professional on booking, the hospital nurses, surgeon and Victoria International correspondent were all attentive, patient and gave 110% care always. Transfers were reliable and hotel Lionel was beautiful place to rest after the operation. Will definitely be back for 3rd procedure next year. Highly recommend service.

Lamentablemente no puedo colocar una buena valoracion porque hace casi 1 mes me he colocado el balon gastrico por un año y yo queria hacerme la manga gastrica porque sabia perfectamente que mi metabolismo es lento se los comenté antes de hacerme el balon y el doctor dijo que no era candidata por mi peso y por mi imc. Estoy desepcionada de haber pagado tanto por algo que apenas me ha hecho bajar 2 kilos en casi un mes ningun cuerpo es igual a otro pero aqui lei bastantes reseñas positivas por el procedimiento del balon pero en mi caso no me ha funcionado y eso que he seguido el regimen, tambien me ofrecieron un examen dental el cual nunca me hicieron y apenas en la mañana del dia de mi procedimiento fueron corriendo a buscar el dinero y jamás recibí una factura o algo que acredite que habia pagado. Nada que decir con el Personal fueron muy acojedores y todo pero lamentablemente no estoy conforme con lo que me hicieron estoy frustrada, desepcionada y dolida porque no me escucharon.. ahora la mujer llamada ANGELA te habla super mal y no te da ninguna solucion te dice por poco estas loca, hace comentarios como hagase ver doña, hagase examenes hormonales, haga la dieta, haga el ejercicio que mal trato de parte de ella un insulto 😡 ahora no me dan ninguna garantia de nada e ire a sacarme el balon en marzo porque no me a funcionado y no quieren devolverme el restante que pagué porque segun ellos no hacen devoluciones cuando yo misma les dije que quizas no iva a funcionar en mi y me recomendaeon ponerme el balon de un año con el precio de 2500 euros y apenas lo voy tener 6 meses pido por ultimo 1000 euros de reembolso son unos sinverguenzas y no responden con nada solo quieren dinero en sus manos porque les importa nada como está el paciente despues de que sales de allí una real basura este hospital y sobretodo las agentes que lo unico que quieren es sacarte dinero

The experience was overall very positive and the entire experience was Excellent from the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, helpful, and very professional. Specialy Mahmut, he organized all the services including selecting a reputable surgeon, coordinating appointments, and arranging all logistics thank you so much. The hospital is clean, modern, and made me feel comfortable right a way.
The medical team explained everything clearly and the procedure itself went smoothly and was surprisingly comfortable. I had an amazing surgeon, Dr Serkan is not only a gifted surgeon who is a perfectionist but so caring and a really nice man he knows what he is doing. Great Doctor overall the whole experience has been fantastic! I would 100% recommend this place. Thank you so much guys.

Very efficient. No messing around. Out of airport, to hospital, ready for rhinoplasty the following day. Victoria was my liaison. Very kind and amiable. Surgeon is a artist.I didn't want a perfect small nose. He understood my requirements and added his experience. Hotel Lionel is a great place for private recovery with lovely cleaning staff. Quality buffet breakfast that I used only once on my final day. Wish I'd have indulged more.

I had my surgery at Basari Hospital and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The health advisor, Eser, was always available to give advice and answer my questions.

The patient coordinator, Victoria, was absolutely brilliant. She arranged my transportation, explained all the documents clearly, and even walked me to every test and scan. She genuinely cared about how I felt before and after surgery, which made a big difference.

The nurses on both day and night shifts were amazing — so kind, attentive, and professional. I always felt in good company and very well looked after.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the care I received at Basari Hospital. Truly brilliant service!

My experience at Basari Hospital was amazing from start to finish! My medical consultant, Eser, was so patient and kind, he always answered my questions on WhatsApp and made everything so much easier for me.

On September 12th I had a Gastric Sleeve with Dr Abdulla Abdullayev, he was amazing, he made m feel calm, and truly cared about how I was doing before and after the surgery. I felt in very good hands and my recovery has been great.

My coordinator, Victoria, was absolutely lovely. So sweet, caring, professional, and always made me feel comfortable and supported.

Kardelen and Elif, my main nurses, were incredible. They were so helpful, patient, and kind during my stay, and I felt really cared for the whole time, no words can describe how grateful I am with them and also the other nurses in charge but sadly can’t remember their names.

A special thanks to my nutritionist, Ceren, who’s guiding me so well and giving me all the support I needed for my recovery and healthy journey.
