Took advantage of the BBQ offer and did not disappoint. The ribs were fantastic and their service was excellent.

Family BBQ Ruined!
Ordered ribs from Basco with Express delivery for Friday. Called Friday to say there was a problem, but promised express delivery Saturday morning in order to still make timeline. Here we are Saturday noon, no delivery (seems like non-express delivery used), and now needing to scramble to recreate a menu for a family BBQ due to the double failure from this supplier (whose helpline is also closed).

Recent purchase fraught with issues:
- Delivery service missed the delivery window by several hours resulting in defrosted product.
- Free gift as an incentive for spending £150+ not included in the delivery.
- After confirming that this would be rectified over the phone, I received neither the partial refund for defrosted product, or the voucher to compensate for the lack of the gift until I followed up twice via email.
Really interesting and great products available on this website, but I’ve completely lost faith in their delivery and aftercare should things go wrong. Not the sort of service you’d expect from a website that offers such premium products, and honestly, not worth the risk and time involved in rectifying issues.

Delivered tiger prawns instead of Carbionero prawns a difference of about 90 pounds on price!
Ask for a credit when I realise opening the box from the freezer a few weeks later ( my cleaner put the box in the freezer) and they refer to the T&C's arguing I did not complain within 24 h

Having eaten in Cafe Andaluz in Glasgow recently, I was impressed not only with my overall experience, but in particular with the quality of their chorizo. By far the best i have ever tasted, such a change from the rubbery supermarket offering.Not expecting to ever find out the source of this product, I asked the restaurant owner who was happy to share. I have since ordered from Basco and what a difference this has made to my one tray oven bake, and my caldo verde soup.

BASCO is now my go to supplier of quality food for special occasions. I had the old cow steaks which were amazing. The whole fillet was so tasty, and the whole suckling pig was beautiful in taste, the best crackling ever, and a culinary spectacle - a complete success.
I’m so glad I found BASCO.

Unbelievably great company! These days most people couldn’t care less about the customer but all about the profit. It’s nice to see a company that holds its values dear. The whole process from the website to delivery reflects that!

Usually Basco have been fairly good, but I made an order for fresh food on Monday for next day delivery, and 3 days later I have still not received the parcel. If it has been sent, the food will be spoilt. DPD say they have not received the parcel yet, but Basco have charged my card. Customer service have not responded after I raised this to them yesterday.

Basco's Iberico pig cheeks are delicious and have wonderful flavour and texture when slow-cooked, whole Galician fillet is also excellent, four fillet steak family meals out of it and marbled and flavoured to perfection. The range and quality of the Manchego is also a treat, a little membrillo and a good Spanish red hits the spot.

The Truffle was great, taste aroma was just as it should be.
Quick delivery and well packed.

Great service as usual, been using Basco for years to get all my food I can’t get over here. Takes away some of the homesickness and stress from missing my motherland.

As I new customer, you always look closely at your first order & service... My first order was perfect from order processing, packing, delivery and quality. I could not fault their operation, WELL DONE!

I placed my order to restock my freezer with premium meats, and all the items arrived well packaged and still frozen.
You can tell my simply looking at the products that it's top quality -beautiful cuts with wonderful marbling. The picanha and chuck steak were both fantastic in flavour and cooked to perfection!
As soon as I have room in my freezer again, I shall order again.

Very fast delivery, my parcel arrived in great condition, driver very polite and professional,on perfect time, I was informed regularly of the drops, lovely ,juicy,moist, so fresh, I love it .I will buy from now on from BASCO,great quality, fresh and very well packed and kept, very happy with BASCO .

They sell quality (and expensive!) products.
So when getting a 3kg product when paying for 3.3kg, I was disappointed.

When contacting them they wrote, "we accept as acceptable a 10% tolerance either way".

Well, then you should have this clearly stated on the product page, currently this is misleading and disappointing.

Edit: they refunded me for the difference.

Seamless buying and delivery process.
The parcel was delivered in 48 h., even with the standard delivery, in perfect conditions.
The meat, suckling lamb, was still perfectly frozen when delivered.
The meat was of excellent quality and true to the quality advertised.
I will used Basco again for sure.

Good selection o products & great customer service with fast delivery well packaged

Just enjoyed a roasted Galician Beef Fillet. Absolutely fantastic 😋 Hadn’t tasted beef like that for years. Will buy again
