I was a bit worried when I started…

I was a bit worried when I started because I discovered Basma on an instagram app and wasn’t sure it was legit. But I’m really happy to say that after a year with them everything was perfect. The customer service team were all nice, kind and helpful. I needed adjustments to my original treatment plan and they took care of everything as promised. I love my smile now I’m really glad I went with Basma and really thankful to the medical team work and follow up.

I really enjoyed working with basma honestly from the consistent check ups to the swift appointments at the clinic, the whole process was easy and simple and they answered quickly whenever i hade a question or concern

Basma’s Magic

I’m not usually the type to write reviews, but I had to make an exception for Basma. From start to finish, the whole treatment was super smooth and hassle-free. The team’s follow-ups, updates, and reminders made everything so easy to keep track of. Despite my case being a bit tricky, I got my teeth straightened in under 9 months. If you’re thinking about fixing your smile, don’t overthink it, just go with Basma and let them handle the rest.

تجربتي مع بسمة هي تجربة اكثر من رائعه وبنصح فيها الناس اللي اعرفهم! طاقم بسمة كان متعاون معي وبيجاوب على جميع استفساراتي باسرع وقت واللي كان احدى اسباب تحسن ابتسامتي الى النتيجة اللي ابغاها🤩🤍

Amazing experience

The whole process was smooth, professional, and very easy to follow. The team was always supportive and responsive whenever I had questions. My smile has completely changed, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend them!

Happy customer

The customer support i’ve received from Sandra was very helpful! She was very responsive with me, the application was amazing as well and easy to use. The box along with the details and the packaging, everything was perfect.

Everything was good

Everything was good and smooth I didn’t have to visit the clinic alot and everything arrived to my house easily and it wasn’t difficult to put the retainer on my teeth and removing it was easy too, it was really good experience
