I don’t usually post reviews, but if this can save at least one person, then maybe this experience would actually be worth it.

I made the grave mistake of trusting basma with my smile four months ago, and i’ve since gone through hell and back more times than i could count.

The same button has now fallen 4 times, once within less than 24 hours of rebonding, and twice within a week. Besides having to communicate with their team through different channels just to get a mere response, the excuses i have received have been nothing short of an insult to my intelligence.

The most recent excuse was that there was a misfit that none of their experts managed to notice since tray 11 … i am now on tray 13. Ever since the button started falling (which was on tray 1), i made sure to take all the upcoming trays with me to the appointments so that their team further carves out the areas of the tray where there are buttons, to ensure there’s no friction. This was done again at the clinic just last week before moving to tray 13, and the orthodontist placed and confirmed the fit on-site.

I’m now expected to believe that neither the orthodontist nor their remote medical team, who have been giving me the green light to move to the next tray every 10 days, realized there was a misfit (which there wasn’t, as the bottom tray has been fitting like a glove, unlike the top tray which i once complained about and they ensured me that there was no issue at all with the fit of the aligners).

To make matters worse, they now want me to repeat step 13, and wait while they send me new trays, further delaying my treatment with absolutely no consequences on the time and money that i continue to lose.

It is truly baffling that after telling their customer care team on multiple occasions that my main reason for choosing basma was the few appointments i was promised, that i cannot absorb any delays to my treatment, and that i’m losing trust in their so called expertise, the solution i’m met with is more appointments, weeks of delay to the treatment, and a complete loss of trust in their medical team.

Please don’t make the mistake i made by falling for the brand name, and go to an actual orthodontist you can trust who truly cares about your treatment, and isn’t simply after selling you a product.

My experience was great and very smooth and I’m so satisfied with the result, thanks to noora who was with me for the entire treatment time, very kind, understanding and met all my needs with quick response.

التعامل جدا سلس وسهل وايضا التطبيق والخطوات واضحة مع تعليمات بسيطة خصوصا انه بعض العيادات اعطوني نتائج مختلفة وطويلة المدى مع سعر عالي جدا اما عيادة بسمة جدا سعرها ممتاز مع تعامل جميل وايضا اقل زيارات للطبيب الاسنان 🫣

I really appreciated how the customer service team explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. What I liked most about Basma is the convenience. Instead of visiting the clinic every month, I simply upload photos through the app, and the medical team reviews my progress and keeps me updated. I highly recommend Basma to anyone with a busy schedule who doesn't have time for monthly clinic visits and waiting for appointments.

It was a great experience overall steps ,following up and the doctors as well .

The team was very cooperative and well organized. The general doctor explained and took me through each and every step of the process clearly and was very nice and kind. Overall, my experience was great!!

At first, all I could think about was how long it would take to finally see my smile and how much extra care I’d have to put into my teeth throughout the process. But in the end, it was all worth it!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Basma.
I started my treatment in October and followed the program religiously—wearing my aligners as instructed, completing every step and submitting all required photos.
By May, I was nearing the end of treatment, yet the results were clearly not finished. I have excessive spacing between my teeth, causing food to constantly get stuck, and my lower teeth are still visibly misaligned, including a canine that remains noticeably rotated.
I have raised these concerns repeatedly with Basma since May. I was first given two additional aligner steps and later another four. Neither corrected the issues. I was then sent to a dentist in Kuwait for new photos and reassessment.
Despite all of this, I have now been told that my treatment is "finished" and that I should move on to retainers.
I have also sought opinions from other dentists, who have told me these results should not be considered a completed orthodontic treatment.
To be fair, Basma's customer service team has been responsive and helpful. My issue is with the medical handling of my case. I have repeatedly asked to speak directly with someone from the medical/dental team, yet my concerns remain unresolved.
After months of following up, I simply cannot understand how visibly misaligned teeth can be considered a finished result.
I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I am asking Basma to properly review my case and complete the treatment I paid for.

The whole journey was definitely worth it, and I’m honestly so impressed with how much my smile has changed. My teeth look so much straighter and more aligned, and I feel much more confident when I smile.

I also want to give a special thank you to the entire team for being so supportive, helpful, and responsive throughout the whole journey. They were always there to answer my questions and would get back to me so quickly whenever I needed anything. Their cooperation and attention to detail made the whole experience so much easier and more comfortable.

My experience with BASMA was exceptional. Everything from start to finish was perfect, and the procedures were well organized. Also, their staff was very helpfull.
