Scammed out of £20 deposit as payment “failed “ but had been taken out

Massive con… tried to with draw 400 euros to an account - it got rejected - was told it was and error and to try again to try again to another account - but would take another 36 hrs… play some of it down ended up withdrawing 250 - it’s got rejected again to another one of my bank accounts - was told to try again again - tried to my third and final bit have to wait 36hrs again (no doubt will be rejected)

No point in in talking to customer services / I have 101 correspondence with them via email and each one is a contradiction of the other - also was appointed an ‘Account Manager’ Nick Mall (apparently) who is clever and argues with you that they’re not a scam casino and offers no help at all - he’s clever and sarcastic with his replies

Get my withdrawal tonight at 11 when it will clear to my 3rd and only bank account left - all my bank accounts accept payments - I have a feeling it will be rejected again with no reason whatsoever…

Had €300 and went to withdraw it & kept getting rejected. Eventually ended up playing it all back and won nothing (didn’t even get a bonus) on any of the games. Since then I’ve done €600 in 2 days and NOT ONE SINGLE BONUS!!!!
Asked customer service how this is acceptable & all she said was ‘it will come’ 🤣🤣🤣🤣 never known a site like it. £2 spins and it’s just dead spin after dead spin. Awful site won’t be using it again.

Stay away, they make it almost impossible to withdraw ! Won’t be long before they end up in court

I love this site. Live chat agents are so helpful and lovely. Love the games and the site. Verification was easy and fast. Withdrew yesterday and just had my withdrawal through. Was worried after reading the reviews. What I would say Is get your account verified. Withdrawal methods are not available for debit cards but can use Mastercard, I used revult card which basswin staff helped me with as had no clue how to obtain a virtual card, they even called me to help. Cannot find one fault with the site. I'm a UK player.

This company is a total con taken money from my account not put in credit and lost a bonus also. And the company is a take take take site defo do not recommend as of the 23/07 they have also stolen 50 euro from me made a deposit on that date did not show up on my account contacted customer support who got my issue totally wrong said I was on about a withdrawal when I was on about a deposit seven days later they say it was deposited into my account which is a lie I waited two days before futher depositing onto the account and still the 50euro was missing so was never put on or refunded.

Gambled upto 5700 euros been trying to withdraw for over three weeks with nothing but poor reasons why i cant finally give them no reason not to payout ordered mastercard etc and had my account scrapped by them with a poor excuse. Avoid at all cost and expect zero returns from the joke of a company .

Not impressed with this site,I spend a lot of money on sites through the week,but I won’t be using this site,I’m not bothered about the losing it was just so boring won £100 after about the 10th spin but 100 spins later nothing it just bored me to death

don't deserve any stars. Massive con company with sister sites such as bounty reels etc. You can never collect your winnings. was up to 2.5k for over a week and couldn't get it out. Blown the lot now as I have accepted I'll never see it anyway. Belong in prison shouldn't be allowed to be a site.

Steer clear of these.. I found them on Facebook n thought I'll give them a go. Didn't get the 475 spins for depositing I got 100.. I've then deposited more money and won €350. I've been trying since the 11//07/24 to withdraw the money. First time verification was needed 2nd time they tried to take the winnings out of my account obviously my bank declined it. 3rd time its been rejected again, with a message saying please withdraw again we will aim to process your request as soon as possible now another 36hrs to wait. I will be deleting my account once I've managed to get my winnings
