This is a fake casino site it only takes and never lets you withdraw and if so only by Mastercard at £400 I got lucky in the football that’s how I know it won’t let you withdraw . It’s overly generous winning with fake slots by Russian hackers stole my identity and within minutes someone tried to access my bank account . Cancelled all my id and bank ….. fake reviews even some negative ….. first fake site I have come across not regulates or licensed stay away

I had to wager 3x to withdraw I won and got myself upto £183 I withdraw it didn't come off the site but had to tip the manager 10 just to withdraw never known a site like it ppl need stay away and a void it definitely fake site

Please guys don’t put any money into this!!!! I was blind and read reviews and thought everyone just didn’t win anything and got mad but I won over €3000 and after constantly uploading documents and getting rejected time and time again just so they delay the process longer for you to put more money into the game finally after documents were approved I tried to withdraw and you can only do that via Mastercard at only €400 each time which jumps out really quick. No understanding as to why but “to streamline services” which is total bs! All my $3000 was deducted down to €700 randomly and was told it’s against it’s a violation to bet over $2 after a bonus which you win €4-€10 then if you win €2000 with your own money all of it will be deducted they will do anything to not pay out. Thankfully you don’t lose a lot of money as you don’t bet a whole lot but it’s a waste of time gives you a false sense of hope. They’re big time scammers also the fact the owner and site has hidden their location. PLEASE DONT USE!

This site is an absolute disgrace. I have closed my account due to gambling problems, and I stated that when I closed it, however they still continue to literally bombard me with texts about their promotions, like 19 times a week, I’ve even considered changing my number due to this harassment.
Even after sending messages on their site and numerous emails (which always bounce back saying can’t send to this email address, but this is the one they provide you with for support. I’ve tried all avenues to contact this hideous site but with no joy.
They still continue to harass me. If anyone has any idea how to stop texts these please let me know.

All the reviews here are accurate I’m trying to withdraw €1,900 first time it gets rejected due to verification I had to wait the full 36 hour to tell me that and the second time it was over payment provider issues and they are a regulated casino but show no proof they all follow the same chat you carnt speak to anyone higher it’s all a scam I have tried a 3rd time as they keep saying I will receive my money but also forget to mention you can only withdraw 400 at a time so it’s going to be 36 hour for them to review it and then 5 working days to hit my bank soo you can imagine how long it’s going to take to withdraw the full €1,900 abd that’s if it even gets approved the withdrawal

I would like to say even tho i was spectical about the reviews I reed and the long processing time to get your money they paid out both transactions into my account without delays or rejection from my bank just give them time I know we all need money but you will get it paid

Absolutely rubbish. They have a technical problems and not able to withdraw 4000€. They only accept mastercard so you have to open different account. After you can request withdraw 400 which is never send to your account. Avoid this site. Customer support specially Anna is horrible and rude

Terrible service, accepts deposits fro. Visa cards but only accepts Mastercarc for withdrawals and even then they rejected the 2 Mastercard accounts I gave them. I wasn't able to withdraw my money. Just had to write ot off as a bad experience. Don't use this site

Everything the other reviews say is true and get this if you press buy free games a warning comes up saying rule violation fair enough but it still starts the free spins and you would think if this was a legit site that that would be mentioned because it’s pretty obvious people may want to buy a bonus. Check this out deposit with visa have to withdraw with Mastercard and if you do get your money after jumping through more hoops than an acrobat you feel obliged to leave a tip of the withdrawal page before you can submit. I played one but spent before I could withdraw, used second bonus wanted to cash and now my everything is authorised account suddenly wasn’t on the card to pay, fancy that. Also after signing up prepare to get bombarded by a plethora of 1star trust pilot reviewed scam casino partners.

AVOID this SCAM website made a 200 euro dep and was taken from my bank from a company in Edinburgh but never deposited into my bass win account then when complained they ask for documents for proof of payment which i provided and keep stalling for time , customer care are rude and just fob you off at the moment I have reported them to my bank for fraud to try and get my money back please please stay away it's not worth it .

Currently having problems with my withrawl has been rejected 4 times due to technical error apparently and rejected by my bank which is a load of lies! Given them one more chance so will update on outcome
Update did get paid out to be fair took some time tho

Got my winnings upto over 2k I've verified EVERYTHING to be told it isn't enough. They've had card verification, address, passport, bank statements and still are saying I cannot withdraw. As soon as I stated I would shut my account as can't withdraw my winnings quickly declined to zero.
EDIT .... I've now had over 50 emails in one day when I called them out as scammers. They're still hounding me to verify a card that revolut won't let me verify from back in may (even though I've closed my basswin account) yet I verified everything else including 2 bank accounts. I'm taking this further as they've caused me extreme anxiety. If anyone who's had same problems want to message me and get our heads together to bring this scam site down my FB account is Vicki Stock
