Finally won 800 euros, went to withdraw and I could only take 400. So I withdrew 400, left 400 in and started playing with the balance. I then checked on the withdrawl and it had been rejected. I asked customer service why and they said by playing with funds I had left, it had reversed the withdraw request and then I used all my funds. I didn't. Any other casino, only the player can reverse a withdraw request. How are these guys allowed to operate in the UK. Scam Scum

Being verified takes a good while. I would suggest you do it on setting up your account.

Customer service was very helpful when I was having issues having my account verified due to no longer having the card I initially used to deposit.

Withdrawal was in my account same day it was accepted.

If I could give less stars I would.
Scam site. Won’t pay you. Uses nuked games (won’t pay on features). Will pester you with phone calls and emails about “bonuses” that will pester you to deposit of course.
However much you feel the need to gamble. Please do yourself a favour and steer clear of this site. For your own sake. I made the mistake to deposit, so you don’t have to!

Customer service lie about their own terms and conditions. I made a mistake by not checking trust pilot so it’s my own fault that I’ve lost the £100 I deposited over this week. I have a £140 withdrawal ‘pending’ but the hoops they want me to jump through, I’d rather just learn a lesson and delete the app. I gave them an email I never use. Don’t be like me - check trust pilot!!

Please read reviews, they are bad for a reason! They will let you deposit as much as you want, but trying to withdraw is another matter! I’ve never experienced such bad KYC, I’ve hesitated in putting a review but it’s perfectly clear they don’t want to pay! These are not regulated by the UK gambling commission so be warned, if I finally get my winnings I will change the rating at I won’t hold my breath, I wish I would have taken notice of reviews, thankfully I didn’t deposit that much. At the moment they keep asking me to withdraw and the verification will be done quicker but they have blocked my from withdrawing?? Emails from them are always the same, thankfully I have all evidence.

They have been contacting me for months 2/3 times a day saying I have won or got a bonus on my A/C. I do not have an A/C nor do I want one as they are a bad company have complained to the gambling commission but they will not do anything as they are paid for by the bookmaker firms.

Not sure why people aren’t getting their withdrawals. I got mine within about 28hrs, customer service was really good too and replied quickly.

Seems I’m not the only one being told payment department are sorting!
Withdrawal approved 5 days ago and nothing has changed, apparently payment provider has frozen withdrawal funds. 1st withdrawal declined to “bug”and 2nd attempt approved and then frozen.
Told funds will go back into balance but doubt this very much as been 5 days

They approve your pay out then you don’t get it. Then you get told it will be with you they can not do anything as it is with the payment department which they have nothing to do with.

I have only deposited a small amount but won on a bonus of 159 euro this was never added to my balance and conversation with online chat tries to tell it never happened or you used the balance total con artist AVOID company should be shut down!

I wouldnt even give 1 star if i had the option! Refusing to pay winnings as they want me to upload photos of cards i used over a year ago that are no longer valid or i have access to! My bank has warned me these are a scam lie after lie! Which casinos want photos of 4 different cards used? None! Only the one you make depsosit with which i done! Avoid!

Players beware if you win...they are trying to say there's a bug in their payment processing services which is why my over £400 winnings are still not in my bank.

ID verification is weird, they want a selfie with you holding your ID document next to your face.

Their customer service however is some of the quickest I've seen.

I get about 40+ junk emails per day since signing up to this casino. They will also send their own emails offering bonuses etc but they send multiple emails per day, it's just a bit extreme.

Currently waiting for my money to appear in my bank but have a feeling this site will need to be reported as it doesn't seem legit.

Changed my review to 3 stars as the replies from customer service were quick. I tried a withdrawal with a 3rd card and account that I opened up especially for this winnings. It has finally gone in tonight and I have my winnings.

I would give it more stars but they can sometimes be vague in their replies and also their deposit options are limited as are their withdrawals. I may feel a bit more confident in playing at basswin soon. I will see how it goes.

Had to ammend my review back to 1 star. The junk emails I have received since signing up to basswin have been ridiculous, over 50 emails a day.
I also keep getting calls, from a different number each time, from basswin telling me I have a bonus etc etc. I told them to close down my account because this company is getting on my nerves now.
