BUYER BEWARE!!! I received this item with a manufacturer defect due to the chest strap being installed incorrectly. The whistle on the chest strap is pointing downwards as well as the logo is upside down rendering the item unusable. I reached out to Bassdash customer service for a replacement, and they not only refused my replacement due to the item being used even though I literally just opened the Amazon package. They chose to harrass & ridicule me via email and state I am not entitled to a replacement or refund. I quickly contacted Amazon customer service & they issued a full refund without returning said item with absolutely no issue. I will NEVER buy a Bassdash product EVER again!!!

I have purchased 2 pairs of wading boots over the past 18 months. The oldest were given as a present to my friend and I bought a pair for myself 6 months ago. At the weekend both mine and my friends boots fell apart, the sole becoming detached from the boots. I contacted Bassdash and they suggested the glue can degrade over time especially if the boots are used infrequently! They clearly have an issue with the glue quality and these boots should be recalled until the problem is resolved. The boots are Bassdash flex wading boots! BUYERS BEWARE.
After 2 weeks Bassdash extended their warranty to 6 months bringing the boots under warranty. New pair arrived yesterday. Hopefully the glue issue has been resolved with these boots. This is the response that should have been given originally.

By elsewhere, I’ve had a pair for a little bit they started to leak. I reached out to the company. They can’t do anything because apparently I bought them a while ago they leak where the boot connects to the fabric for quality, poor workmanship, poor customer service by elsewhere.

Return Process is slow and difficult. It seems to require getting a return authorization code but it is unclear how that process works. I filled out a form and sent it but after 24 hours never received a response. There is no customer service phone number to call.

Bassdash is a great company with really good gear! Comfortable clothes to keep me protected from the sun. Great customer service with quick and friendly responses. I’ve gotten all of my friends and family on bassdash gear!

Bassdash has amazing clothing and gear, I have purchased several of their sun-shirts, hats and other fishing gear over the last few years and the quality, durability and cost of their product lineup is by far better than any other company that I’ve tried and tested. A+

Bassdash is my go to for anything outdoor apparel. I spend alot of time outfoors and always turn to Bassdash for anything apparel related. I have never been disappointed in the quality, and the price is always right. I highly suggest any of the UPF 50 gear if you spend any time outdoors. It's like wearing sunscreen without having to put it on.
