I knew exactly what I wanted and got in touch by email. They responded quickly with all the key info I needed and I was able to purchase online and collect in person a couple of days later.
When I arrived at the distillery they were friendly and welcoming, offered a lovely gift box and wrapping paper to match, making it a really special gift for my Dad.
Will definitely be going again (maybe a present for myself!)

Ordered well in time for the Bank Holiday Weekend.

Suggest it was dispatched Royal Mail 48, but it took 168 hours and missed the party. I had to replace drinks elsewhere.

Pretty apathetic generic reply after none at all asking for tracking.

I can only comment on the purchase experience as the gin was a gift for a loved one.
I had never seen the company advertised, a neighbour told me about it and its products.
I telephoned Ryan who shared with me the history of the company and its international awards. I ordered the gin on late Friday afternoon. It arrived, securely packed the following Monday. The packing was good enough to leave as was, Batch even provided gift wrapping paper.
To top it all, as a new customer,i was given a 5% discount.
I am Looking forward to testing Batch products myself in the near future.

I received an email saying my order was ready to be picked up. It seems I had inadvertently ticked ‘click and collect’ on my order. I was assured by Sharlene that, on this occasion, it would be posted to me. That was over a week ago and nothing has arrived.

Batch distillery does exactly what it says on the tin. They send you unusual small batch gins that you wouldn't normally try. They are affordable and I look forward every month to my next gin to try! They are delivered on time and securely packaged. Never had a broken bottle yet!

The service is always great! Despatch and delivery is always efficient and every gin I’ve had has been exquisite. I love that they’re not afraid to push the boundaries and experiment with unusual ingredients. Bravo. Please keep doing what you do.
