Wonderful product
Wonderful product, love the taste and flavour.
Delivery company, not so good. Clearly, I wasn't fast enough in answering the door, and arrived at the door as delivery driver 'dropped' package on the stone porch floor.
I was amazed and delighted that neither bottle was broken, but that thanks to your marvellous packaging.

As you probably know, Sacred Cardamom Gin makes a great G&T. It's particularly good for a long drink as you can use a very generous amount of ice and tonic and the aroma of the cardamom still sings out of the glass - which is extremely tempting in this hot weather! However, did you know that it is also delicious served with ginger beer with a squeeze of lime juice or in an Espresso Martini? And Rules, London's oldest restaurant uses it in it's Negronis, along with Sacred Rosehip Cup and Sacred English Spiced Vermouth.
I hope that's given you a few more ideas of how to enjoy your bottle(s) of Sacred Cardamom Gin and have a lovely weekend! Best wishes, Hilary

By the the way, did you know that the Amber Vermouth is very delicious on its own - over ice or room temperature, however you prefer - with a slice of orange or try it as a spritz (you can find the serve on our website) and Simpsom's on the Strand are using it in a delicious cocktail with sherry and ginger - although I'm afraid I don't have the recipe for that!

I'm sure you were aware that Sacred English Amber Vermouth makes a great Vesper but did you know it can be enjoyed over ice (or not) with a slice of orange. It also makes a delicious spritz (see our website for the recipe) or serve in a tall glass over ice topped up with Fever-Tree White Grape and Apricot Soda - very thirst quenching in this weather!

Bought the Sacred English Amber Vermouth (which is made in collaboration with Alessandro Palazzi of Dukes Bar, SW1) to attempt making Vesper Martini's at home.

As you probably know, Sacred Cardamom Gin makes a lovely G&T - you can add a ton of ice and tonic and the flavour still shines through. However, did you know it's also delicious served over ice, topped up with ginger beer and garnished with a wedge of lime - and add a squeeze a bit of juice from the wedge to the glass to make it even more refreshing. It also makes a great Espresso Martini - you can see the serve on our website.
Anyway, it's a lovely evening and who knows how long this weather is going to last so I hope you're going to enjoy a glass or two of Sacred Gin to kick off the long weekend. Once, again, thank you so much for your order. Best wishes, Hilary

And if you want to ring the changes, you might like to consider trying one of the other beautiful gins in our range - Sacred Pink Grapefruit Gin, for example, zesty and fresh - or Sacred Cardamom Gin which makes a great G&T but is also delicious with ginger beer. I'd also like to emphasise that we don't add any artificial flavours to our products - the more botanically pronounced gins just have a higher proportion of that particular botanical.
