Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service! I received a text message immediately after placing my order to make sure I knew that the item I had ordered was a pre-order. Communication continued for the couple of weeks until my bat arrived. Will definitely shop here again!

Our family was going through a hard…
Our family was going through a hard time due to an illness in the family and struggling financially. My son desired a new bat for his birthday and Bat Flip Shop came though with flying colors. They went above and beyond and sent batting gloves and arm sleeves as well. This company truly puts people first and goes above and beyond with their compassion and generosity. The items were shipped just in time for my son Birthday as well. 4 Stars.

Batflipshop was awesome to work with. We unfortunately ordered a bat that sold out and was no longer being manufactured. Batflipshop reached out and offered us any bat we wanted as a replacement for the inconvenience. The bat shipped in excellent condition expeditiously!

These guys were top notch. I ordered a voodo -3 and it was on backorder and my son was going to FLORIDA with highschool so they let me switch to a catX and they sent it out ASAP because he was leaving in 7 days.....at no extra charge. Kudos to them and consider using them
