I have never heard of this website before so I was skeptical but they were the only ones with the item in stock. I was pleasantly surprised when everything shipped and arrived right on time without any issues.

Ordering was easy on the site and my order shipped super fast! The quality of the product looks great and now just to put it to the test this school year!!

Really happy with my current purchase. The gear I ordered was affordable and in-stock! It shows up today and can't wait for the unboxing!

We all love the back pack. And how thick the padding is.

Had an issue with shipping delay but called customer service and they responded quickly and fixed the issue and then received quickly. Seems to be a good product and happy with the response in resolving the issue.

The USPS tracking number page said "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending", but that status hasn't changed since July 25. I went to the local USPS branch, but the representative there said that they haven't received the package.

Then, I talked to a UPS representative via Live Chat, and she told me this:
"This is a Mail Innovation package. UPS will transport and USPS will deliver. We don't have further access to check. Please contact the shipper as they are the one who have access to follow up to the Mail Innovation team."

I may have to order from C&H. I actually ordered something from them days after this order from Battle Steel and received the items.

Even though there was a slight mixup in my order I got a call from the sales manager and made everything right. He was very pleasant and accommodating. I truly appreciated it. Great service

My plate came earlier than expected, and this is definitely the best bang for your hard earned buck! I’ve been wearing buddy armor for 20 plus years, and my only regret, is not finding these sooner! THEY’RE LIGHT AF!!! Thank you Battlesteel!!!

Had issues getting the initial order placed but finally received it. Fits as it should and the plates are fairly lightweight. I haven’t had a chance to test yet, will try to make a review once I’ve tested the product

It was very easy to order the Backpacks and my two boys like the colors one got black and the other blue the pockets are large and the zippers look like good ones I like the computer pouch inside the backpacks The soft armor goes the full length of the backpack and the pouch for it is on the outer side on the back of the backpack which it makes it nice when you want to clean It looks like a great product

I ordered a Level Vest about (4) months ago and haven't head a word. I did send a e-mail about (2) months ago and was informed that they were backordered but haven't heard anything else since. Don't know if they have gone out of business or what. Very unhappy with this company.

I just got my carrier. I’ve never had one. I wish it came with a user manual, and I wish there was something besides Velcro to gold the plate in. These are just my initial impressions. Otherwise it seems nice.

I got this email to give a review of my recent experience with Battle Steel on the Ballistic Armor Level IV and the Battle Steel Plate Carrier w/Removable Cummerbund. Ordered a month ago and I haven't received anything so I can not reveiw the product, but I will review their customer service. As of 7/20/2022 I Contacted customer service on my order and asked when can I expect my order to be processed? The response was "We can not provide a solid ETA". You have to be kidding me! A customer service Dept. doesn't know, "When, What or How" much inventory they have to get a customer an idea of how much more I have to wait. They couldn't tell me if I had to wait 1,2,3 or 4 weeks, Hell! I can be waiting a year and they wouldn't know it. I would have given "No Star" if I could have on the customer service.
