Solid Product

Would have been more stars but.
Would have been more stars however the only update I received was that the order was waiting for fulfillment. Never got confirmation the that it had been shipped or a tracking number. Overall at this point I would have to say the experience has been below average.

Customer service and delivery severely lacking
I placed an order in May for level IV plates and was given a confirmation number and a rough timeline for delivery. Fast forward a month later to check the status and was told that “they apologize but they will be delivered in a week.” I wait another two weeks with no delivery. I email back again and they said they were still waiting for the plates to arrive. I wait another month and email, they said that their system had reset my order and that I could order again or cancel. I cancelled. After all that time, they end up ultimately canceling my order after waiting almost three months. They may have cheaper plates but the trouble isn’t worth going through. I’m going taking my business to another vender and getting my account removed.
