Wish I had a product to actually review. Free shipping is nice and all, but not when it takes weeks to get here (at week 3 as I write this now and still nothing). This happened with everything I ordered so far. Makes it even more annoying as I get spammed with emails to review their products when I have yet to get it. Also, considering the long wait, the use of UPS, and if you were to buy a say lvl 4 plates. Rough handling/dropping it could damage the plate.

This is fantastic budget 3A soft plate! After researching soft plate, I went to GUNS AND GEAR's review on UTUBE, and was sold! I told my friends at work and they to have ordered plates for themselves. Thank you BATTLESTEEL.

Nice job, super lite. JUST fits into my Viktos XL sling bag (has an insert spot) the one Viktos suggested was twice as much as this insert!

So far it's awsome supper light weight use to have ar500 steel for work and it was heavy now i have the special threats i went from 20lbs to just over 8 what a big difference plan on licking up anther sent

Our agency ordered two shields in late August while trying to spend left over funds from the previous budget year. I contacted the company and they worked with me to assure that the shields were invoiced prior to shipping, which is not their normal business process. typically they charge your credit card when the item ships so I was messing with how they do things.
Within an hour they had done exactly what I had asked and sent me a "Paid invoice" which stated "awaiting fulfillment". Within two more days they shipped the shields and they arrived ahead of schedule.
The shields are excellent quality and carefully packaged to protect them in transit.
Got exactly what we "special" ordered, very quickly and the customer service/support was outstanding.

Looks well constructed, and lighter than my ceramic plates. I hope to never used them, but if I do it would be for the threat level for doing private security.

We went through 2 other companies before coming across Battle Steel. We were so worried our order was going to get canceled and then our doorbell rang today and the kids backpacks have arrived. They appear to be amazing quality. We will see how they do over time.

I received the wrong item. I paid $190 for a Level III plate, and received in the mail an $80 Level IIIA plate. I hope Battle Steel corrects this error and sends me the correct item.
