This time was worse Laptop was very ill and needed a lot of help. Printer needed replacing. Bay Tech to the rescue. I am very happy with my new printer and a rejuvenated laptop. Matt at Bay Tech set up my new Nokia mobile Android smart-phone (I'm a first-time user) and tutored me on how to get the best out of it. He explained everything clearly and efficiently, providing friendly expert help at a reasonable price. I can't imagine getting better service.

I have given Bay Tech a 5* rating because they responded promptly to my urgent appeal for help. My email account had been hacked and no longer functioned. After attempting to resolve the problem myself, I called Bay Tech. They were able to work remotely on my laptop and it wasn't long before the problem was identified and corrected. They were pleasant and professional as they worked, discussing what was happening while I watched. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly use them again myself.

Excellent service from Matt. My printer stopped working. I found Baytech details in Local Choice magazine and texted Matt. He called in the following morning with a new printer. He also upgraded my laptop and returned it within 24 hours and set everything up. Very pleased with first class local service.
