I am a Aslef Union member and was entitled to a reduced rate for conveyance services.

I was a little worried as they are no where near me

But my initial worry was soon blown way

Catherine and Emma dealt with my sale and purchase and they were absolutely brilliant. Always answered emails and always returned my calls if needed

We saved well over £1000 compared to my local solicitors and I really couldn’t be more happier

Overall, I found the service disappointing. Throughout the sale of my house, the process felt unnecessarily slow, which caused a great deal of frustration and stress.
There were occasions when I was unable to complete paperwork because I was waiting for information or guidance, and communication was poor. Phone calls often went unanswered, and replies to emails were not always prompt, leaving me unsure of what was happening with my sale.
I appreciate that conveyancing can sometimes take time, but I felt better communication and more proactive updates would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I would be reluctant to use this solicitor again.
