The onboarding process was very pleasant and all staff, (Lesley and others) were friendly and helpful. We believe at the beginning of our process of our remortgage the introduction was very nice. However, later during the process it was a bit challenging to get our representative when we are trying to get contact. Later at the final stages she was fantastic and did worked tirelessly and closing late to make sure we complete on-time.
