We ordered 4 different bobble heads for each one of our kids for part of their Christmas gifts. We ordered the day after Thanksgiving. Figuring that was enough time to get them in time. From the first initial email Nancy took charge every step of the way. We asked for several changes to be made. At times I felt like we over asked for certain things. Every time Nancy came thru for us. Immediately responding to our emails and requests. We were totally amazed at how each one turned out. They also were received just before Christmas which was awesome. I would recommend this company in a heart beat. They did an awesome job. We were really impressed with the overall experience. Was looking for Bobble Heads for some friends and took a shot at this one. Had many good reviews and some concerning ones. Well, the concerting ones were quickly false in my book. From day 1 Nancy reached out immediately. She was so helpful and was in contact every step of the process. Likeness was remarkable and quality of the product awesome. From head to toe Nancy was there. So between contact, likeness, quality and OMG speed of shipping all was worth every penny. Don't go elsewhere this has to be your choice for custom bobbleheads. I AM A REAL CUSTOMER.

Working with Mark made ordering and receiving this bobblehead so easy and worth every penny. I purchased a female golfer for a friend that is retiring and plans to golf everyday the rest of her life! They customized it right down to the sunglasses on top of her hat to the earrings she wears and the club emblem on the flag. Great job and great communications with photos to approve every change I made. Would definitely recommend!

The bobbleheads turned out well. I had some really clear pics of my grandsons in their football uniforms and they turned them into cute bobbleheads. Made awesome Christmas gifts. Shipping was at least a week longer than expected so I'm glad I started early. Took a week or so to get the proofs done so all in all it was about 6 weeks start to finish

I ordered 6 bobble heads for my grand nieces and nephews, and they were a huge hit for Christmas! The company is a joy to work with, and the dolls look amazing.

The company went out of its way to get these to me by Christmas, even though I left them a pretty short runway. I received excellent service, and daily notifications on progress.

I can’t recommend bbobbler enough!

These bobble head dolls are SO worth it! I got a set of Harry Potter ones for my best friends and Joyce from bbobbler was with me every step of the way. From sending proofs, offering to make adjustments, she kept an open line of communication at all times and they did a fantastic job! My friends LOVED the dolls. I didn’t realize they were made from polymer clay, but it makes sense as they are hand sculpted to perfection! I paid for rush shipping and got it super fast after the final bake. The package was insulated very well and packed tight so the dolls were not damaged in shipping. Overall I would 100% recommend. It’s a process so it does take some time but from order to delivery took about 3 weeks I would say. Thank you Joyce and the team!

What a fantastic company, I ordered a customised bobble head and I got exactly what I asked for. The customer service is great, Joyce kept me up to date and sent photos every step of the way. The final product amazed me when it arrived as it was even better than the pictures, I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again in the future

My creator, Alice, and I collaborated with my double bobblehead order via email for over two months. So, if you’re picky like me, allow your order plenty of time to come to fruition. During the entire process, Alice was soooo incredibly patient as I asked for additions or changes every step of the way. Meanwhile, they never made me feel rushed.

I didn’t realize at first when they advertised that they could add accessories like hats or handbags, that they meant they could actually add a specific necklace, or “exact” emblem on the doll’s clothing, or add a certain pair of shoes, or even put highlights in the doll’s hair if requested. And as I realized this, I found myself requesting multiple additions throughout the duration of the project.

I heard from her nearly daily during the week . I would ask for a change one day, and Alice would send me a picture the next day of what she worked on, for my approval. It was actually exciting looking forward every day to seeing the changes.

Finally, I signed-off on the final result and had it shipped directly to the recipient, who was then video taped opening the gift. The recipient, and those looking on, teared up with joy and amazement at how accurate the bobbleheads are. In fact, everyone who sees it wants the name of the company so they can use them too. I applaud everyone who worked on this order. Thank you soo much!! What a great, unique gift!! It’s worth every penny!

I ordered a Hockey pose bobblehead for my grandson. I couldn't be more happy with the finished product. I worked with Nancy Wu who was wonderful to work with. Her team send me proofs based on the pictures and special requests I sent them. Turnaround time was very reasonable and the product is PERFECT. I have never ordered bobbleheads before but thought it would be a great gift for the grandkids. Working with B Bobbler was flawless. Uploading pictures was easy and I worked directly with Nancy Wu, who by the way, is awesome. They send proofs back as many times as needed until you are satisfied with the finish product. I would definitely use this company for your bobbleheads and don't be afraid to let them know what you want.

We loved our first kayak bobblehead. My company decided to do 10 year work anniversary bobbleheads for our teammates who achieve this milestone. I did one to see how our team liked it and I just ordered my second one today. I will also be ordering my third one today as well. They got the names wrong and the skin color. Poor likeness.
They put the wrong names on the bobbleheads and the skin color was way off. They said they can offer me $5 in compensation and that I'd have to find a local print shop to get the names reprinted. Claimed next day delivery for the reprint was not possible, BS.
