I was blown away with how the bobblehead looked exactly like the photo I sent! I had minimal suggestions and they happily made the change! The communication was outstanding! I bought 3 dolls customized of my bosses and ordered them less than a month prior to National Boss's Day (Oct 16th) and what do you know they actually arrived the morning of October 16th!! I was pleasantly surprised. And my bosses loved them and wondered how they got the dolls to look just like them!!

Although I did order during a holiday and shutdown, they still took the time to answer any and all questions I had and made sure my bobbleheads were made exactly as I needed! They turned out perfectly for the PA’s that I had them made for and were very loved! They are also made very well. Shipping was fast and sufficient. Will definitely order again and I have already recommended them to others!

I googled Bobbleheads and this had the best reviews, so I went for it. I can say I was very happy with the results. I was a tad nervous with ordering 11 of them at once. I can say that they were very responsive via email, several emails with proofs for me to approve each way, made changes as requested. They look great and was a perfect gift for Volleyball Senior Night. The girls loved them and a great memento for years to come

Bbobbler offers a personalized and responsive customer experience. I've ordered twice from them now, and both times, I had relatively strict deadline requirements. In addition to quickly addressing my edit suggestions, both times the bobblehead has arrived on time. They're also very receptive to custom projects that go outside of the realm of a "standard" bobblehead design. I'd recommend them!

What to give someone who has everything? Their own bobblehead in their favorite team. The lifelike details was spot on with every detail.. I love it and can't wait to give it as a gift.. Great job!!!

Couldn’t believe the life-like characteristics! Captured the photo perfectly.

I was surprised at how much back and forth I had to communicate with Bbobbler in order to finish up this bobble head project of mine. But I knew had to get the details looking just so in order to end up with the bobble head I wanted, so I kept at it. It turned out I was working with a BBobbler person who was quite helpful in this regard and that made all the difference to me being very satisfied with the experience and especially with the bobble head they made. Pictures don't do it justice, it is simply a work of art and just what I wanted.

Bbobbler provided exceptional Personal attention through emails and proofs. Their attention to detail has been impressive. In a time when customer service is relegated to bot chats, it was refreshing to have this kind of service. The figurine looks like my husband and was delivered on time for his birthday.
