Ordered Weber Ranch Kettle 37-Inch Charcoal BBQ Grill. It took them 2 weeks to ship while Amazon provides next day delivery. The grill turned out to have defect on the lid.
I contacted them for solution, they wouldn't provide anything useful so I asked to return it. They first said we need to pack it and send a picture so they will send someone to pick it up. We did what they asked, all of suddenly they said we need to bring it to Fedex ourselves and paid for the shipping.
This is a horrible horrible company with a lot of scam strategies!!!

On 06/03/2026 I ordered a patio table and 4 chairs for over $1400.00. I received an email within an hour that it had shipped. on 06/04/2026 R+L Carriers sent a text stating will deliver your shipment on 6-11-2026 between 10:00am-4:00pm. and I needed to confirm which I did.
on 6/11/2026 I waited all day but no delivery and no messages from BBQGuys or the carrier. On 6/12/2026 at about 10:30am a text from the carrier that it was out for delivery. Again we waited all day, no delivery. At about 6:45PM another text item has been delivered with a picture of someone else's house.

I immediately called the carrier and BBQGuys neither was willing to help at all, I had to wait until Monday for both. The carrier promised to contact me on Monday. I told the BBQGuy to cancel the order and they can figure out how to pick it up.

On Monday 6/15 I received an email from BBQGuy's completely ignoring the fact that it was delivered to the wrong address and telling me if I was unhappy to process a return request, I'm sure at my expense.

Luckily we were able to determine where it was dropped off so I had to go there disassemble the pallet and load it into my vehicle. No thanks to BBQGuys

UPDATE 8/14/2026: In response to this review BBQGUYs refunded me $200.00. As a result I raised my rating from 1 star to 3. We are happy with the table and chairs and hopefully they will be more responsive to customer problems in the future.

First of all, are buying experience with the BBQ guys and a new grill 4 1/2 years ago (December 2021) was great! We had absolutely no issues or complaints on the purchasing and delivery of the grill, the condition, etc. Fast forward four years + later, my husband contacted them to get some replacement parts. Unfortunately, they were unavailable,however, they honored their warranty 100% . The response time was immediate, as in the same day!!!! They offered a full refund or a replacement of the same product. We opted for replacement because my husband really, really loves the grill. They shipped us a new one the very next day and we received it one day later!!!!! The customer assistance was smooth, friendly, and very prompt. We will gladly buy another from them when the time arrives, but meanwhile, will spread the word to friends and neighbors. This company deserves an A++++ for product, warranty, and customer service!!!!

I ordered Summit Commercial 19-Inch 3.1 Cu. Ft. ADA Compliant Shallow Depth Outdoor Rated Refrigerator - SPR196OSADA and received a completely different item, a medical freezer.

I purchased the Titan G300 Series 55-inch Full Sun 4K QLED Pro outdoor TV from BBQGuys, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of support.
The screen cracked while I was simply taking the TV down to reset the outlet for power. I did not drop it, hit it, or mishandle it. I was extremely careful, and the weather was mild outside — not too hot and not too cold. I have removed and reinstalled several inexpensive VIZIO TVs multiple times over the years with no issues, so this was not a matter of careless handling.
For a TV at this price point, I expected much better durability. Instead, the screen cracked during normal handling, and BBQGuys would not accept the return. In my opinion, this TV is overpriced and not worth the money. You would likely be better off buying a cheaper TV, using a weatherproof cover, and replacing it every few years rather than spending this much on a product that failed so easily.
I would not recommend this TV or this buying experience. Extremely disappointed.

Excellent customer service, quality products and shipped same day. They seem to really care about customers by providing a number where you can talk with a knowledgeable, helpful representative. They went above and beyond!

I will never buy anything else from BBQ Guys. I Bought a brand new camp chef woodwind pro and it took 10 days to arrive once I put it together it did not work. Called BBQ Guys and they just told me to call Camp Chef and said they would send me receipt. So then I call Camp Chef customer service and in 100 degree heat I had to take my brand new grill apart to check the auger fan and make sure it was getting power. Turns out it had a bad auger motor. Now they are saying they will ship me another one free of charge that will be here in 5-10 days but that labor isn't covered!  So I buy a brand new product for over $1000 dollars it arrives broken and now its on me to fix it??? There is no excuse for this!

Memorial Day pricing was too good to pass, including shipping. All correspondence was prompt and to the point. Shipping was also prompt and via freight with no additional charge. Item ordered met or exceeded all expectations.

There was no indication when I placed my order that it would not be fulfilled for several weeks. I ordered my grill and accessories on May 17th and still have no update on when it will ship.

Bbq guys customer service agents are helpful and do not try to force a sale on you. So glad I decided to go with BBQ guys on my grill purchase

Purchased a grill. It arrived in a VERY damaged box, falling apart.
I called BBQGuys for a full return and refund. They told me that I had to open it and check for damage or I would have to pay for the return. They wanted pictures and then their return department would decide if they would authorize a return.
Unacceptable considering how damaged the box was, I would never get it back in the box.

Great customer service, and willingness to do more. The ordering and checkout is easy and the product selection is also really great. I rate BBQ Guys a 10!

BBQ Guys has a great team supporting their products. Their sales team and customer service department are all very knowledgeable and work very well with each other! You get to speak to a real person and are very easy to reach!

Ordered a built in Napoleon series 700 38 inch grill. Grill arrived with packing material etched into the stainless. Grill was installed. Knobs don’t turn off gas. Napoleon said defective manifold assembly. Had to disconnect gas line from the grill. Grill looks like junk and is a fire hazard. Bbq Guys won’t replace grill and is sending parts. I’m an older lady with cancer. Spent over $3000 and just want a grill that works and looks good. Don’t use bbq guys. Customer service is terrible.

So, I was extremely satisfied with the overall shopping experience at BBQGuys.com. Though I’m a new customer, I’ve been shopping online since 1998, so I was a bit skeptical about making such a large purchase. They delivered in every way! Easy checkout, fast shipping, beautiful product… Has to be among the best online shopping experiences for bulk items. I’ve already made another purchase!

I was able to find what I needed at a fraction of the cost on Amazon or Ebay during prime grilling season. BBQGUYS will be my 1st stop for all my future grilling needs.

Ordered four new seat cushions for an outdoor patio set and the price was better than we found anywhere else. The real bonus was free shipping and we received the cushions in just a few days. Absolutely a positive experience from start to finish. Would definitely buy from these guys again.
