Slight discrepancy
My only complaint is a small discrepancy, while the pic does say barbecue seasoning, the description says steak and burger seasoning(which is what I was looking for) but the flavor and everything else is on point. The product is great, I even got said product early, so no issues there either.

*UPDATE* Unexpected and unauthorized substitutions.
I ordered a 4 pack of Meat Church rubs. The photo indicated I was going to receive Holy Voodoo, Honey Hog, Holy Cow and Holy Gospel. The items shipped were Holy Voodoo, Honey Bacon, Holy Cow and Deez Nuts.
*UPDATE* Upon learning of my negative experience, I was contacted directly by the owner of bbqrubs.com and was issued a refund for the substituted items as well as assurance that they would pursue measures to avoid future issues/confusion. The situation was dealt with professionally, timely, and with class. I wish them the best with their business and will not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

I purchased this as a gift for my…husband
I purchased this as a gift for my husband last year. He loved it so much that I got it for him again. I anticipated different products to be shipped this year, however the two packages that we’ve gotten have the same products that he received last year (he will obviously use them, just likes to try new things in the bbq world). Otherwise this is great! He gets the box once a month and typically try out the product within days of receiving it!

We strive to get our orders out as fast as possible and to enable us to do that we noted on the page where you placed the order that Items may be substituted due to availability to avoid late shipment. Due to the ongoing pandemic and supply chain issues our supplier does experience restocking delays. We took the decision to send your products sooner rather than waiting but you are right we should have notified you by email. Your satisfaction is important to us and we have issued a refund for the substituted product and hope that we can regain your satisfaction and business.
