Amazing seminars and loved the layout of the day. Really helpful, charismatic and kind team always available to help and support throughout! Only let downs were the food which was pretty dire and child size portions - aware this was probably more likely an issue with venue but thought it was worth feeding back! And we were a little disappointed that although named “beachfront Bjj” we were not on a beachfront at all! Great seminar led by ffion, loved the yoga at the end of the day and the sleep seminars were really insightful. Little freebies were a nice touch and a great atmosphere all round! Thank you team!!

The best BJJ seminar I have gone too! You can tell that Mo and the team go into detail when planning the event to make sure it is the best it can be and ran flawlessly. I can't wait for the next event as myself and my partner will be going.

Mo is also great at running the social media account and responds very quickly.

Excellent seminar and content . Venue was a little disappointing as a Brummie was looking forward to being by a beach. Would have been nice to have Ffion for a second pm session as she was amazing. Next year a lunch simple BBQ would be great with meat and veggie options , real flat breads and big salad trays from a catering company at a fixed cost £15 that is optional on booking . Big thanks to all the team as your all great people ..

The best day. Was very nervous about coming alone but was soon put at ease. Really well organised and everyone was so knowledgeable and kind. Amazing seminar from a world class athlete. The whole day was just awesome.

Overall a really well organised, thoughtful event for BJJ athletes. The seminar with Ffion was fantastic and given plenty of time for questions and help with techniques. There was time for rolling and open mat as well as excellent education around recovery and sleep which was incredibly well delivered and explained. Venue was beautiful and instructions were clear and helpful about the location and days activities. Excellent event all around.

Another awesome day at Beachfront bjj today. Ffion Davies was a brilliant teacher and I got so much out of it. I had some great rolls with some really nice people. Thanks to Mo and the team for putting on yet another event

Great venue Woodbury park is well facilitated parking is great,bar food well priced.
Mo is a great host that instantly makes you feel welcome and let of the community.
Ffion Davies gives world class tuition,literally a world champion.
Then into speed dating rolls.
Great off the mat talk about the importance of sleep by HNM 24 very insightful and will defo use.
Yoga was great as sitting the mat for a few hours can make you stiff but the.
And then all out war for 5 mins rounds for 40 mins at the end.
Oh and ice baths
Which I’m getting into now.
Looking g forward to next time.

This event gets better every year. Top class instruction from world class athletes. Incredible talks and seminars not only on BJJ but also on other areas of health and wellness that support BJJ.

Can’t wait for next year.

Amazing camp, well organised and great line up of instructors, speakers and sports therapists.
Lovely venue too and nice extras with supplements samples and finger tape and grapplers soap wipes samples as well! Friendly vibes, great rolls and teenagers welcome as well.

I attended the Beachfront BJJ event at Woodbury Park today and was extremely impressed! It was so well run, everyone was friendly and the seminar was incredible. Credit to everyone at BeachfrontBJJ, can’t wait for the next one!

Great seminar with ffion Davies

After attending the online seminar regarding female health in jiu jitsu I came away with some valid tips and advice to take into my own training and i'm looking forward to putting them into practice. I learnt so much in that hour, delivered in such a clear, easy to understand way with visuals which is really important for me and how I learn. I've already booked out the date for the next Beachfront BJJ online seminar and I'm really hoping there will be more to come in the future! Such an Easy, accessible way to learn

Attended the Women’s health in BJJ online seminar - the hour went so quickly and Megan Lowery had loads of really great tips (quality ones I never knew!) which I’m going to apply with my own training program. Make sure you get into the next great session for some brain training - Beachfront BJJ got you covered 👊🏼💥💥
