Rented Born to Sun in Aug this year. What an amazing house! Wonderful location near beach and restaurants/bars. Jess from Beach Reunion was great to work with too. Never let us down when anything was needed. Highly recommend!

We have a girls weekend every year! We stay with Beach Reunion at the propery Born to Sun. 25 or better enjoy this girls weekend for at least the last five years. But who's counting!
Plenty of room for all of us. The pool is our center of attention with a nice little cement table and an umbrella, in the pool!! Walking distance to the beautiful Emerald Coast. A golf cart will get you to other points of interest close by. Beach Reunion staff is friendly accommodating and bent on making your stay as pleasurable as humanly possible. Born to Sun, see you again in 2027!

We had the BEST Girls Weekend at this beach house! 🏖️💕 We had about 28 girls staying together, and somehow this house gave us the perfect space to relax, laugh, play games, make memories, and enjoy every minute together!

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our big group. We loved having spaces where everyone could gather together, but also enough room to spread out when we needed a little downtime. It truly felt like the perfect place for a big group getaway.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our Girls Weekend. We are already talking about coming back and making more memories! Thank you for giving us such a wonderful place to call home for our weekend. ❤️

Fantastic stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the host was excellent to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend to others!

Our group of 30 found this property to be an ideal venue. Each room is equipped with own bathroom, and the kitchen, dining, and family areas are perfectly configured to accommodate a large party. The beach is two-min walk away, and the spacious swimming pool is complemented by a convenient adjacent full bathroom. The property was clean and features a 3rd floor game area that was a hang out area for the guys. Carrie, the property manager, provided excellent service by constantly communicating with us prior to our arrival, came to see us checking on our needs and kindly facilitating our request for late check-out. I highly recommend this place for large groups; it was an excellent experience, and we would certainly return.

Last week, my family and I flew in from California and stayed at the Beach Reunion beach house in Florida. We knew that it would be nice, having stayed in Florida many times, but what I wasn't expecting was the beautiful lake view, spacious kitchen, fun-time pool, simple walk to the beach and restaurants, and delightfully themed master bathroom -- along with the roomy bedrooms. We had several great meals and a BBQ there and I would revisit and recommend any time!

Omg Beach Reunion was the best company we have stayed with in this market. The staff were amazing, the home clean, the pool was killer. Location was the best..... We will be back!

Family vacation at the Iorana. House was perfect,plenty of room. Check in was easy. Beach reunion staff was wonderful and easy to get in contact with and responded very fast . We will definitely book with them again.

Soak up the sun is the greatest house we have stayed in. Beach reunion has an amazing repertoire of beautiful homes in Destin. But “Soak up the Sun” takes the cake. The location is amazing. Beach access is steps away and the beach is fairly secluded. The house comes with beach chairs that make your beach days so easy. The house does have a beautiful pool area that kept our group of 34 busy. The amenities of the house are aligned with the needs of big groups like ours. We had a steak night and there were enough steak knives for every person in our grout. Those little things don’t go unnoticed. The room distribution allows 34 people to be comfortable in a house with so many people in it. If you want to get away there are three balconies and the rooftop deck is amazing for a little peace and quiet. The view from the rooftop is insane. This house has it all. Now let’s talk about the company, Beach Reunion. Carrie is the greatest concierge you can imagine. We have rented yearly from Beach Reunion and we have developed a friendship with the whole crew at Beach reunion. They want to ensure a great experience for the whole group. This house is maintained perfectly. Large groups can put a toll on these houses but it is impeccably maintained. Always super clean and everything in proper working order. What a top notch enterprise that manages these homes and makes the whole experience even better. We will be back every year and stay with Beach Reunion and hope to stay at “Soak up the sun”. Thanks for the wonderful home to make amazing memories with our friends.

Soak Up The Sun was the perfect beach house for our group! The house was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed for a large group. Even with everyone together, we never felt crowded or like we were on top of each other. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The house is also incredibly close to the beach, making it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The location couldn’t have been better! My personal favorite spot was the fourth-floor viewing area at night.
We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend Soak Up The Sun to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable, and convenient beach getaway.

Stayed at Soak Up The Sun with a big group of friends and it was absolutely amazing! The house is beautiful & the rooftop view is amazing also. I also think we had the best pool around! The walk down to the beach is super close and convenient. Can’t wait to go back next year :)

We stayed at Soak Up the Sun and I had one of the best vacations. The house was so clean and beautiful. I enjoyed the rooftop and the short walk to the beach. The location is perfect and close to many activities and stores. Highly recommended and I hope to stay again in the future!

We had the most amazing stay at Soak Up the Sun – Steps from the Beach in Destin! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, spacious, and incredibly accommodating this home is.

The layout of the house is absolutely perfect, especially for a larger group. The distribution of the bedrooms gives everyone their own space and privacy, and the en suite bedrooms are beyond amazing. It truly feels like every detail was thoughtfully planned with comfort and convenience in mind.

The home has everything you could possibly want in a beach getaway — tons of space, beautiful accommodations, an incredible location just steps from the beach, and that relaxed Destin feel you hope for when planning a vacation. Even with such a large home, it still manages to feel warm, comfortable, and inviting.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If you’re looking for a beautiful beach home that can comfortably accommodate a group without anyone feeling crowded, this is it. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. If I could give you 10 stars, I would. THANK YOU! ☀️🌊🤍
