Eric was very easy to work with both by adjusting our package to the changing needs of a 9 person family during steamboat’s busy season and by thinking way outside the box to help us overcome a parking issue with a very tall van. His detailed knowledge of steamboat skiing and family activities for non-skiers was spot on. And he did all of this with a group of nine that decided very late where we were going. We will use him again next time and recommend him for anyone planning a Rockies vacation.

We have used Eric at Rocky Mountain Getaways for our seasons passes for the past few years and it has been wonderful to work with him. He is always helpful and can answer any questions I have.

Hey Leo! It has been great! The condo is in an amazing location and my favorite part is that it is right off the elevator and one door down from the laundry room, which is such a helpful amenity with kids!

By day 2 of the private lessons they were all able to go down the greens, the instructor said the older two would be fine to ski with their friends and they went up and down until last lift.

Thank you so much for setting it all up! As a big planner, this was way out of my comfort zone to go on a vacation with zero research so we are very greatful!

Nancy with Rocky Mountain Get Aways was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and meticulously planned every aspect of our trip. Traveling with a large group can be challenging, but she handled all the arrangements seamlessly and made sure every detail was organized perfectly.

Even while we were on the trip, she stayed in touch and made sure everything was running smoothly, which gave us great peace of mind. Her professionalism and dedication truly made the experience stress-free and enjoyable.

Eric planned our entire vacation perfectly! We did not know much about the area and Eric educated us on everything from skiing to lodging to travels and where to eat and more. The moment we landed it was a very streamlined process with getting our rental car to traveling to our resort. No hiccups along the way and we were very pleased. Highly recommend utilizing Eric for your next travel excursion!

Quick, easy, to the point!

We were informed that the refrigerator was not working at our unit after we had already purchased food for our week-long stay for 10 people, over $800, all of which was ruined because the temperature couldn't be controlled with the dry ice that was provided.

They later brought a mini fridge, which also did not work. At that point, we were left without a functioning refrigerator for the entire week.

Instead of reimbursing us for the food that was lost, we were offered to move to another unit on the third day for an additional $1000. Not a reasonable solution when the issue was not caused by us.

This situation added unnecessary stress and expense to what should have been a relaxing family trip I would strongly encourage future guests to NOT use either Rocky Mountain Getaways or Pinnacle Management. Both really dropped the ball on this. We were offered $300, not much considering the amount of food that was lost, extra expense of eating out every meal, and the additional stress that was incurred.

We had a great experience in Keystone. It would not have gone as well as it did without Leo's guidance. Everything from the time we landed until the return to the airport went off without a hitch. Will definately have Leo Cocchiara plan our next trip!

We’re in the beginning stages of planning our family ski vacation through Rocky Mountain Getaways. Our agent Leo Cocchiara has been awesome to work with. As soon as we told him what we were looking for he had a travel package ready for us and made a video explaining all the details. If you text him he responds quickly and always offers to call if that’s easier. He is also very knowledgeable in all things skiing & the resorts. Leo has made planning our family vacation fun and no work for me!!
