DO NOT order anything! It's a total scam. I ordered one thing on January 31 and it never came. The order status never moved from "Received." I emailed them several times and only got canned responses. I have ordered from them in the past without an issue (except that shipping always takes several weeks), but I will never buy from them again. They lost a customer in me, and also everyone I know. Luckily, I was able to get a refund from Paypal, and it was instant, so this company must have some red flags.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed my order on 4/17 and as on 6/1 I have yet to recieve it.

This company is so disgraceful and should be ashamed of themselves. It’s OK to struggle as a small business, but it’s not OK to lie to your customers and take their money and not give them the products they purchased AND claim to be believers in Jesus Christ.

I placed my order Feb 6, 2025 as gifts for my clients. At the time of my order I took a screenshot of their delivery timeframe. Month later I still had not received my order and after visiting their site the updated the delivery by several weeks. Both my initial promised delivery date and the irrelevant updated dates for delivery have passed and as of May 30, 2025 I still have not received my order. The only communication you will receive from them is gaslighting fake Christianity about extending grace and promised toward product followed by scripture. It is up to YOU as a business to know your capacity and shut off order that you cannot fulfill. Deception is NOT Christian! As both and believe and business owner myself, I would never allow clients to go months past deliver date without a refund. This company is unethical and should be ashamed. It's important to know when mistakes are made and to apologize and make amends rather than continue to lie and leave dozens if not hundreds of paying customers without products.

Do not order from here. Stole money from multiple people in the past year and fail to supply refunds. DO NOT do business with them.

I ordered in March 2025, still no merchandise. Refusal to supply a refund.

I ordered February 4th and I still have not received my product. I tried to give them grace but this is ridiculous. They also sent me an email saying it would be sent out soon a month ago. DO NOT BUY, file a dispute with your bank if you did.

i also ordered back on January 17. i have yet to receive my order or a genuine reply after 5 emails. Same automated response! Very ridiculous. Very disappointing!

Absolutely horrible! I ordered on Feb. 28, 2025, 3 months later I still have not received my items or a refund. I have emailed them multiple times on multiple platforms, they were responding back via email, but stopped after their second email stating that “they weren't scammers and that I would have shipping info by the next day.” Lies! I didn't and to this day have not receive any other communication from them.

Ordered Feb 26th order still unfulfilled met with several emails saying will be shipped in two weeks. I've requested a full refund including today a total of 4 darn times! REDICULOUS

I will never order from this company again! I gave them grace because they are a small business and understand how it can be overwhelming especially if you have growth spurt but the continued excuses is what got me. I ordered 2/12/2025 and to this date no merchandise received. I emailed several times and was promised it would be shipped soon! Instead of having flash sales, halt new orders till old ones are caught up! Very disappointed

I have yet to receive my order. I began reporting to Consumers and Fraud department. Advise everyone to do the same.

Placed an order 4/14 - their website states they are just a small business ran by a husband & wife and to give them grace with shipping because their items are handmade. I emailed 3 weeks after placing my order & they stated they were backed up “due to the holiday” - there was no holiday, but they said they’d ship in “1-2” weeks. WHAT KIND OF ANSWER IS THIS? I waited two weeks, emailed again - apologies and lies - said they’d ship by the end of the week. NOTHING! I emailed today because it has been over a month with NOTHING. They took my money with no issues but can’t ship or even give an honest reply in regards to the order. It’s very copy and paste. It is supposed to be a Christian based company and it’s a scam. They shut off the comment feature on all of their social media, because they kept getting comments about getting ripped off. I made a comment and was blocked in SECONDS.

I placed an order in February 2025, I still have not received my ordered. I've contacted them multiple times, at first I received the same message. Now I am not even getting a responds. This is very disappointing as I ordered from them all the time and never had this issue before. Not to mention they take your money upfront, smh.

I placed two previous orders with BT in the past two years, and it went fine. Very slow shipping(3-4 weeks), but the goods were always worth it. I've recommended them to many. At this point, I can no longer recommend them. I placed a large order March 3rd, and when I hadn't received the order, I emailed. I received a reply saying they were having delays due to staffing, but they'd rectified that situation and were catching up. Several weeks later, I emailed again and asked for an update on my order. I was promised a tracking number before the end of the week. That was six weeks ago. I received no tracking number, I have not received my order(Now going on 3 months), and all further communication has been ignored. They are still ACTIVELY trying to make sales, running holiday promotions and producing new products for Easter, Mother's Day, etc, during this time but not fulfilling orders. Just collecting money. They have also shut off the ability for customers to leave reviews for their business on Facebook and Google, and are deleting all comments on their social media posts asking where peoples' orders are from as far back as December.

It's been months since I ordered. They refuse to refund me or ship my items.

I have ordered stuff from this company in the past without issue but I ordered a mug on January 28, 2025 and have still not received it and this is the end of May. I’ve emailed them several times and each time they say they are behind and will ship it out soon. I finally decided to issue a claim with PayPal to try to get my money back, but when PayPal contacted the seller, they updated my USPS tracking number which strangely showed the item was delivered in April. Only issue is I never received the item. Due to the tracking number PayPal denied my claim. Here it is four months later and I still don’t have my product and I can’t get a refund. I will never order from this company again. I would advise anyone who’s thinking to order from them to. Please reconsider. Sad thing is this company claims to be Christian but due to their customer service they’re giving Christians a bad name.

Placed and order with Beacon Threads on February 21st 2025 and never got my order... emailed them and got a generic reply from them... it's really sad when you try to support small businesses and this happens. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY JUST KEEP YOUR MONEY!

I placed an order with Beacon Threads back on Jan. 23 ,2025, and to this day, I haven't received my merchandise . Emailed them several times and got the exact same email response from them every time , stating that they're backed up from the holiday rush . They won't send me an update. The order still shows unfulfilled on the website, and yet they've started sending me all kinds of advertisement emails . I placed 1 order in the past, and although it took a long time to receive (not this long ), I did actually receive it , but not this time !! They just got my money and never thought twice about sending me my merchandise, which consisted of 2 sweatshirts . SMH .
