Great car buying experience, car was in good condition and ease of purchase by friendly staff answering any questions I had

Beware of these con artists!

I had the worst experience with this dealership. I purchased a car from them a few months ago, and the car broke down unexpectedly. When I contacted them about the issue, they refused to help, saying it was no longer their problem and that I was "on my own." It’s clear they have no regard for customer service or the quality of the vehicles they sell. They misrepresented the condition of the car, and now I’m stuck with a broken-down vehicle and no support. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these scammers. They’re only interested in taking your money and leaving you high and dry.
Zero stars if I could give them that!

If I could put a minus I would bought a car from these cowboys. Not cheap picked car up and on driving it home the car warning light came on to advise to stop immediately I was in the M25 Motorway only drove 41 miles tried to pull into yellow SOS lay-by and had no breaks had to use hand break to screech to a stop. Called them and they could not recovery me. Said her it recovered and they will sort. I had to pay£176 to recover to my home. Beadlow came to pick it up the next day and said they will fix it and deliver it back to me. I needed a new break master cylinder. They fixed it and then refused to pay the recovery charge and refused to deliver it back to me. Collected it drove it back home and then the next day when I turned the wheel there was a big clunking noise. Spring gone I refused to take it back to them to fix and as still under warranty took it to my loca garage as could not drive it back which is over 2 hrs away garage sent the quote of £200 and they refused to pay the full amount so another £90 out of pocket.

Also all these positive reviews must be fake as when you get there thy ask you to leave a positive review

DO NOT BUY. TERRIBLE CARS & OWNER ABUSIVE.
After 25days my car was smoking and smelling of burning with NO warning lights. The garage I was recovered to found towels lining the under tray soaking up the excessive leak.
Paul at Brownlows said it was the timing chain which I have an email from him saying the timing chain was changed 27days previously.
When I told Paul I was refusing the car back he was vile. Shouting and abusive towards me. Luckily the finance company dealt with him after this.
I have reported them to the DSA. With all the evidence of faults Paul said were repaired or completed in service, the emails contradicting himself and the messages and phone recordings of his vile manner.

I purchased vw polo from Beadlow motors , I am very satisfied with my purchase. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend Beadlow motors as they have huge variety of used cars .

They sell cars that are virtually close to breaking. Bought an astra and they offer only 3 month warranty. Quite strategic to offer only 3 months. They are based remotely somewhere in an industrial location. Not a dealership, looks like a scrap yard with full of cars. Another thing to note is that they used to trade in Dallow Road luton. So.....

Easy purchase and friendly staff.

Fake con artists or completely inept. Having put a deposit down for a car, skoda yeti (which is still being advertised on their website) Drove 2 hours to visit. Apon arrival, the owner, I think it was the owner, spent about 20min running around his own yard looking for the car. Which clearly wasn't there. More over it seamed that he didn't know if he ever had it, sold it or just made it up. Having looked at the "positive" reviews this garage has and having seen the faces of the people who work there I can 100% say ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE! WRITTEN BY STAFF! After a very short argument I managed to get my depost back on a car that clearly never existed. Completely wasted journey.
