I've shopped with Beadpark for a few years, and have always been pleased with the selection, pricing, shipping, and quality.
Considering that the shipment comes from China, it usually arrives promptly, of course depending on the shipping method that you choose, and current USA political climate, that will dictate the length of time.
You do need to be aware of their holiday calendar, but they are very transparent about the dates they will be closed.

I order from this company alot. They have amazing deals on beads at the moment. Easy to navigate website and complete purchase. Always great quality items.

The beads are beautiful. The wait time is a bit long if you choose the less expensive shipping cost. The customer response is amazing. They get right back to you if you have questions.

I have dealt with a few companies similar to this but this one is by far the best one there is, the service, quality and overall performance are second to none,1st class

I have made about 10 orders and I'm always soooo happy to receive my package! I order in bulk for my jewelry business, I just love this company! The website is easy to navigate and my orders always arrive nicely packed. I always look forward to placing a new order with Beadpark.

First delivery company had a problem with our address, beadpark sorted it and I received the resent order in quick time. Very happy with their response to a problem

Several of the "genuine natural" beads such as rose quartz were dyed. Many of the items seemed overpriced upon receipt and they never informed that half of the items were going to be added from US warehouse which meant I had to pay $75 in customs to receive in Canada
Order despatch was also very slow and took almost 2 weeks before it actually got going from china and 3 weeks till final delivery...not worth ordering from in my opinion since all the items can be found for the same price on many other sites.

Great value for money, shipping took 2 weeks but everything was great when it arrived, good quality and lots of choice available

I always buy at Beadpark. It has a great variety of findings for doing jewelry and other crafts. It has a tracking system and it's always shipped quite quickly.

Trés déçu par la perte de qualité des produits vendus au fil du temps, et surtout des fausses définitions. Certaines descriptions ne correspondent pas. Des perles décrites comme jade jaune ne sont en fait que du verre teinté.

They have good quality products. Respond to inquiries fast and try to solve issue as fast as possible. The only thing is that some products are limited and take long to restock the merchandise.
