My experience wasn’t great. I ordered the product before the end of the July. Got a request to review purchase 3rd week of August. Wrote “concierge” that It would be hard to review the product when it had yet to be shipped. Two days later it’s shipped and I just got it today. The service was fine after I raised the question, hence the 4 stars.

Shopping in Coomi was an experience! The jewelry is exquisite, the art is divine, and Vivian’s vibrant energy and excellent customer service made me a forever client. 💜

The bracelet I purchased looks very pretty. However, it arrived in an ugly packaging, ugly card board like little box. For the price, it deserves a better looking packaging. At least something that shows the company’s logo would be nice, unless you are not really trying to promote your own products.

Coomi has very unique, high end jewelry. Their personalized help is fantastic, going way beyond expectations, making sure the customer is completely satisfied and totally happy. I will return.

Let me start by saying the company offers beautiful, high quality jewelry, and they are not responsible for my stolen item (FedEx is). I am, however, disappointed that Coomi would offer to return a pendant they knew was a gift for my mother, and then not do so. This offer was made months ago and inquiries are met with various excuses (Covid, change in staff, we forgot). I mentioned I understood if they no longer wanted to honor this offer and was told it would be shipped...it was not, and I suspect will not be. Why offer more disappointment to a customer who already had one company steal from them? All this did was cause more frustration and worry. I don’t get this at all. I didn’t ask them to send it so why offer if you don’t intend to do it?

Exquisite! The details of the antiquity pendant are perfect.. beautiful solid colorful shapes .. I saw this piece 15 yrs ago .. finally.. have it.. a family heirloom for generations already .. it is so beautiful, receive compliments continuously when it is worn.. this is a bit distracting and time consuming.. thank you Coomi..

Coomi is by far my favorite jewelry designer. I bought my first piece over ten years ago and try to treat myself each year to a new pair of earrings. Each of their items are one of a kind. I seem to always have someone ask where I found my rings or earrings. Their necklaces are so beautiful also.

These earrings are unwearably heavy. They threaten to tear your lobes into shreds. I gave them 3 stars only because I figured out how to crudely convert them into pendant/charms — one on its own oxidized chain; the other with 2 other actual charms on a mixed metal chain. (I refuse to spend even more money to have a bench jeweler convert them.)

Oh and when examined up close, there is a flashy, messy tackiness to this design… very unlike the clean, classic design and impeccable fabrication of top North & South American and Western European jewelry artists. I’ve learned my lesson… to consider the source! This will be my last Coomi product.
