Order arrived but incorrect (dimensions on website are not matching) plus item not usable as arrived bent. I have now sent 3 emails + one via contact page, no reply. Either customer service is inexistant, either this company just doesn't care at all. Either way, left with items I can't use and money down for nothing. I will nerver use this company again, if you do just hope there's nothing wrong with your order.
I'm not expecting any answer here either, reading other comments ghosting customers seems to be the norm.

I have never received my order and the customer service went silent and is ghosting me. I have sent them emails and no reply. I just got one reply telling me to investigate but I can’t do it. I never got a tracking number and the post office can’t inquire without it. Also the post office told me that the sender is the one who is supposed to investigate. I can’t investigate myself they told me. . I am left now without the items, no informations whatsoever.. All the previous orders went well so I trusted the company with this one. I don’t know what to do. It’s the first time such a situation is happening to me. This is stressful.

Unable to contact customer services about an order. One of the items was poor quality and unfit for purpose.

Customer service is very good, but the regular 30% off sales are very disappointing, as they are always the same. They are just a way of trying to get rid of the not so popular items. Because it's always the same items with 30% off, and the same items which are out of stock.

I’ve ordered from them a few times - just recently a couple of times and I’m so impressed I wanted to leave a review.

The orders arrived very quickly and were all as should be. I’d also put a note in to ask for some ribbons to be supplied in continuous lengths instead of in metre lengths. They did this with no fuss.

The prices were brilliant due to an offer they had on. I like the choice of products on their website.
