The foundation was very easy to put into together, and I found the mattress inflated in no time st all! I wake up in so much less pain than I did before. I love the pillows as well! All in all, worth every penny!

Their website was easy to use and clear. Bed arrived within promised timeframe (Ordered on August 3 - arrived August 10) - set up was easy, bed is sturdy but surprisingly light. Opened bed in morning - no smell - and slept on bed that night. It has only been 1 month but Elite Hybrid has been exactly as advertised.

My wife and I have purchased a couple of Elite Hybrid mattresses from Bear and absolutely love them. One is for our bedroom and the other for our guest room. Our guests have commented about how comfortable the mattress is.

Earlier this year we were able to use Bear's wonderful return policy for a mattress we purchased for our RV. Ultimately we went with a better sized mattress from Bear's parent company, Brooklyn Bedding.

Service and product is great. Love my new mattress. I am sleeping like a baby.

Iv'e been enjoying my new Bear mattress for its comfort for side and back sleepers. It was a simple buying purchase and came quickly as well.

I’ve been sleeping over at my friends house for years on their Bear mattress and it is always so comfortable. We decided to get an Original for ourselves as our first mattress getting married. So far, we are happy! The 120 guarantee is nice, it arrived quickly and was simple to set up, the firmess seems wonderful.

Mattress arrived within the 2 weeks that they said it would take to ship. My son sleeps great on it, and we’ve even fallen asleep on it when putting him to bed.

Order process was easy and the order arrived in a timely manner. I got Bear Trundle mattress which is comfortable enough for a trundle mattress. Would be open to purchasing another mattress from Bear again.

What happened to the scores?
I bought these mattresses for my short-term rental. The scores were much higher then. I have had no complaints and loved the lifetime warranty. That was important as tenants are not always careful with other people's things.

Ordered two of the cub kids mattresses from them and my kids love them.

Process was good, the mattress and adjustable base arrived promptly and when I saw that the free pillows had not been shipped I contacted support and they had them shipping to me within an hour or so, a good experience overall

Waited about 2 weeks after ordering. Easily unpacked. So far it's been nice sleeping on it.

Canceled my order after waiting weeks and being told sales resulted in high demand they couldn’t fulfill. 3-7 business days for delivery was a lie. After multiple attempts to contact them, I finally spoke to customer service who said the ETA was not known by the company and it was guess work. Good luck getting through to them on the phone, and don’t expect replies to your emails. Disappointing and frustrating to say the least. Save yourself the bother and go elsewhere.

terrible customer service ordered a Cal king platform bed king mattress they sent me their free gift package with queen sheets and a queen mattress protector multiple emails multiple phone calls with messages chat is disabled says to email, but they don’t respond to anything of the company that refuses to respond to your emails, especially when they get your order wrong I guess I’m gonna charge my credit card and let them deal with it

The absolute worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Mattress showed up on time but was much firmer than advertised. Returning it has been a nightmare of the highest degree. Impossible to reach a live person. Emails go unanswered. Promises are made through chat and email that are never followed up on. Had to threaten to have CC company return payment to even get a response on how to return. Now we begin the return saga. DO NOT give these unscrupulous people your business.

I've owned a bear mattress for about 4 years now. Since then, the quality of the mattress has declined significantly in all facets. This includes the cover falling apart where the threading has loosened and holes form (on the sides and bottom) even with minimal adjusting/movement, mattress sags in the middle/sides and doesn't return back to it's original shape, etc.

My biggest gripe was the customer service aspect of it. I texted, emailed, and called over a year and a half span after reporting the issues with my mattress. Somewhere around the six month time frame, they finally got back to me and said they'd send me a cover and ignored the other issues I had with the mattress. It's going on two years now, I've texted/emailed them back a good four times and they keep saying that the cover was lost in the mail and they'd ship another one but nothing ever came. I gave up and am just going to toss the mattress and look at other options that are more improved than what Bear is providing. Once you buy with them, you are no longer a priority or a concern unless you're buying something else from Bear. I'd pass buying with them when there are other better options out there who provide a warranty/customer service they stand behind. (Order #20214)

I ordered a split king (2 xl twin) mattress. They first sent me a queen. I contacted them and they indicated they were shipping the 2 xl twin (with a tracking number)..that got cancelled by Bear. They reordered but only sent 1 xl twin. I contacted them again, they indicated they were shipping again and gave me a tracking number and then Bear cancelled that. I then told them to cancel everything and disputed the charge, returned the one twin. Now I am informed it will take up to 75 days to get a cash back.
Worst customer service ever.

The mattress is horrible super uncomfortable and stink of chemicals. I can’t believe they advertise this for Athletes.
