Miles (the engineer) was fantastic. He installed our new shower with no issues and also managed to fix a few things that we were also having trouble with. Prices were reasonable and quality was high. I would definitely use again and recommend.

I had a slow toilet cistern leak which needed fixing quickly. Beatrix Home assigned a plumber at a convenient time to me for the repair. That plumber became ill and another of their staff was assigned for the same appointment, no delays. He and his assistant arrived on time and carried out a prompt repair as all the parts were on the van. The job was left very clean and tidy with no cleanup required. Skilled and very pleasant people to work with. Great service thank you.

From start to finish this company wanted to find out what I needed and the end result was a superb job done. Shout out to Chloe who managed and arranged the visit and to Jack the technician who arrived and carried out the job with friendliness, professionalism and expertise.

Response to reported problem was realistic, ie. appointment was made for a week later (as it wasn't an emergency) and engineer came as promised in good time. The first repair was not fully successful, but again we were told this might well be the case, and second visit entailed replacing a part that was identified as having failed. Engineers were clear about their work throughout, and the heating system is functioning well now. Courteous, prompt communications, and skilful staff. Would recommend their service.

Recommended. Have been using Beatrix Home for several years now, and they have done quite a number of jobs for us - maintenance and repairs to heating and hot water system - most recently this week. They communicate well and clearly, explain carefully what they are doing and why, and discuss options with you if appropriate. They turn up when they say they will, do the job well and with a friendly service.

I had a leak in my bathroom and needed a plumber urgently. I called Beatrix Home and less than two hours later a plumber came. He sorted out the problem, and had to go and get a specific part. Absolutely first class service, very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend Beatrix Home.

Made every effort to get us a new boiler two days before Christmas. Engineer & apprentice were on time, tidy, polite and respected out property. Great job done and the system is working like a dream.

Came next day, and sorted problem with hot water system in a few hours, I've used Beatrix for gas boiler servicing and repairs for several years now - always found them to be efficient and responsive.

Return customer. Tom and the team at Beatrix Home have been our go to plumbers for a number of years. Always reliable, honest and willing to help on big and small jobs, from new bathrooms to all things heating and boiler related. The most recent job involved a fix to an expansion vessel dicovered on an annual boiler service. Special thanks to Jack for spotting the issue and carrying out the fix with the least amount of distrubance. Tom, Jack and Matt are the main members of the team we've worked with and all of them are always respectful of our home, carry out first-class work, and always find innovative solutions to problems, at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Beatrix Home, they are the first and only people we call for plumbing needs or advice.

My rather elderly toilet was becoming rather temperamental. George arrived punctually, and when our original thought of replacing the entire custern provend impractical, he took some trouble to diagnose the exact problem. He found another approach which was easier and quicker to fix, and less expensive as well, and removed the debris. The toilet is now a pleasure to flush !
