I had ordered for a hair product. Even though it was processed fast, the courier service was not delivering it for three weeks. So, I wrote an email and Ellie replied promptly. She was very kind and helpful throughout and placed another order for me soon and that got delivered very fast.

Ordered hair item. I didn’t receive it
So I wrote an email, the response was immediate, they looked it to it and by the next day said it will be posted and should arrive within 4 days. It arrived earlier. Very prompt customer service. I have ordered more items. I recommend this company

I was really happy to find a product listed on this website that I struggle to get anywhere else. The price was good as well. I placed an order 12 days ago and despite emailing “support” I’m yet to receive the order or any correspondence to explain the delay. I’m so used to a certain other company getting products to me in 24 hours that 12 days plus feels worse than the “old days”. I’m still hopeful I’ll get my stuff.

Simple and easy plus I can pay of my Apple Pay. Ordered Wednesday night and order arrived today. Super products and like the packaging.

Placed an order 30/09/21 value of £44.97 had email saying product was out of stock and would receive update on 15/10/21 this never happened have tried to ring and email company phone number unobtainable email bounce back
