Really wanted this product that they had. It was sent out but the delivery decided to not deliver so it was returned to the store. I emailed costumer service and they were so on it! And had it re shipped to me! Thanks again

Well I ordered Mac make up over two weeks ago and still waiting!! Royal Mail have put a card through the letter box saying that the postage is £1.50 short from this pathetic excuse for a company.
You try to rob me for £33 which is a joke just like your cowboy company!! Blocked my email when asked for the proof which is very sad. Totally ignorant company, I’m the customer and I am having to chase you because you can’t deliver what I paid for? Lucy is a disgrace!!! Asking me for proof then blocking my email. Customer service is a joke!!

Very easy website to use however didn’t receive any emails about where my order was and has taken 3 weeks to sort something out but hoping it’s on its way to me now. Nice pricing as well on the items- good deals.

The customer service team are so on the mark. This was the only website I could find Mac matte creme as I knew it was in short supply. I had regular updates about my order and came within the time frame even though it was in high demand. My new favourite online beauty store.

Great communication
Customer service is great at communicating. One of my items was not in stock and I was given an option to wait or refund it. I chose to wait but there was a problem with the supplier so I was offered a similar product for a replacement in the bundle or a refund. The products come really well packaged and are exactly what you buy.

Sold a fake ordinary product
Got sold a fake ordinary product and had to chase for a full refund through a PayPal dispute, case closed in my favour as the product was clearly counterfeit. Customer care was responsive and therefore the only reason for 2 stars. Posting this as a warning as some people may not be aware! 1/3 items were fake so may be a supplier issue, I hope they learn from their mistakes as they aren’t exactly cheap either.

We are glad that our customer service team were responsive and able to help you. After looking into this I have noticed that our customer service did offer to refund the item as you mentioned you felt uncomfortable using the product.
We also investigated the product that was sent to you from the same batch, which we found no errors in as such. Further more as you claimed for a chargeback via PayPal we could not deal with you directly as we have to follow PayPal guidelines and you were offered a refund on the basis of you returning all of The Ordinary products that you had ordered of which we only received one product back from you.
Our priority is ensuring all of our products and service that we provide to our customers is at its best and we take matters as this very seriously.

Excellent customer service
Sadly my order had to be cancelled due to a shipment error but I was contacted about it immediately and my refund was processed very quickly. The lovely Ellie was dealing with my order and they responded to all my emails right away and were very kind and helpful.
Will definitely be using this website again.
