Do not buy from this site, ordered glass Robin decoration but got cheap plastic item sent.
Managed to get talking to customer services but was given run around then they disappeared when photo proof was sent.
Wish I had read reviews for this site before buying.
Hope this review saves someone else's money.

Didn’t even deserve 1 star.
Absolutely incorrect advertising on items. Price also doesn’t reflect item. Save your money and shop elsewhere. It also took a very long time to arrive in Australia.

I ordered the periodic table. Received a subpar product with multiple scratches and varnish marks. No real elements as advertised. The customer support team gives is extremely unhelpful and unprofesisonal and gives you a standard response of "our warehouse confirms the correct item was delivered". How hard is it to understand that the issue is with the quality of the product? Refused a refund. Absolutely abysmal.

Do not buy from this website, they are Misrepresenting their items and take forever to deliver!!! Bad decision 😞

Same as all the many other real (not faked) reviews on this page - ordered the periodic table based on its video containing real elements, and got cheap plastic thing with no elements, all scratched up. They won't give refund or take return. Don't fall for this like I did ... trying to get back via card chargeback. I doubt very much they provide good shoes or sweaters either ...

I bought their Periodic Table of Elements which looked great on their facebook posting. What a piece of total rubbish! They said there were actual pieces of minerals in the plastic block but they were just photos and the block was all scratched and messy

Oh how I wish I had read this before buying the junk that I purchased 4 times the price compared with another cheap Chinese supplier. Slower postage same cheap low quality items. Acrylic periodic tables stupidly I bought 2 of these rubbish items

They could not even be bothered to check the names of the elements making the product useless as an educational tool

Sent fake item. Didn't deliver in time. No response to requests for correct item. Total scam

Purchased ‘glass reindeer and robin decorations’. What arrived is laser printed acrylic tat. It is impossible to contact them through their customer services. I have raised a dispute through PayPal. Avoid this company at all costs, it is a scam!

I have been mid sold a product and they will not reimburse me. The product that I received is NOTHING like what was advertised.

Fake periodic table they sell saying real element when it’s just a sticker. They won’t offer refund and their customer service is absolutely terrible. Please stay away from this company.

Like many others I was duped into buying a periodic table, through PayPal. I opened a dispute with them, enclosing screenshots of the website that confirm you have a money back guarantee if you aren’t satisfied. I also attached screenshots of the periodic table that you’re expecting to receive. I opened the case using ‘item not as described’ and won my money back. Absolutely disgusting company who parade as being US based: the company is based in China.

100% scam. Beware!!! Never received goods & no customer service available. Save your money, shop elsewhere.

Ice Breaker Qs tumbling tower game - picture is misleading. The actual 'slats' are no more than 3mm high and are not at all like the tumbling tower shown. There is no way you could play tumbling tower with these as they are too small to be able to grasp. I am very disappointed as I feel this is deliberate misrepresentation. It is completely useless and a waste of money.

Do Not Order … It is a scam
Please do not order anything from this website. It us a complete rip off. They show you fake product reviews and incorrect pictures / videos clips lf the products and send you fake emails saying that your order has been shipped and is received at the US CUSTOMS. The product actually comes directly from China and is not at all what it was shown on the website.

I ordered the Periodic Table with Real Elements. Yes the title of the product said “with Real elements” and got the email 2 days later that order is shipped. After 4 days got the email that it is now at US Customs and the very next day I received the product at my home in a EU country. Still I kept on getting emails saying my product is being inspected by US Customs; is now cleared by customs; is now in transit at the EU country even though I had already received the products many days earlier.

Moreover the table was
1. badly printed
2. using very low quality material
3. in a 2 times smaller size
4. With NO REAL ELEMENTS
The product was supposed to have real samples of all the elements including small tube with the gasses.

It was just a very badly printed unreadable black table on a small acrylic block. It had not samples and didnt even look close to what was promised.

Moreover the website said money back returns and there is no process mentioned ANYwhere on how to return / contact for return. It is a complete SCAM. Please save yourself.

Ordered the periodic table with real elements inside, but recieved a fake version with stickers on the back and no real elements inside.😡
Tried to complaine, but has given up. They claim, that they've sent the correct product.

Absolute crap. I bought the Jenga Tumbling Towers game…. Or so I thought. The reality is scraps of kindling with illegible writing. No returns address provided 🤨

My order is showing as delivered but it has not been. I cannot get any assistance from this site. They have said it's my problem as they sent it to address supplied. No help what so ever. Absolute rip off.

Meant to be a glass ornament but was thin scratched plastic and legs snapped. Worth about 2p - Good only for the bin.
