This is not our usual practice, but in rare cases, it can happen and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Your order was placed on January 20, dispatched on January 27, and delivered by DHL Express on February 2, which is within the normal international delivery timeframe once shipped.
Regarding customs fees, these charges are set entirely by the authorities of your country and are outside of our control. We clearly inform customers in multiple places on our website about possible customs duties for international orders. Our store openly operates from Romania, and this information is fully transparent you knowingly placed an international order for Romanian products shipped from Romania.
We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate your understanding.
