I can see you have been in contact with our customer service and there is an ongoing case with the shipping company. On the tracking it looks like the package has been delivered to the parcel shop and handed over to you which complicates things, but I can assure you that the shipping company are doing their best to find your package. We have given you an estimate on e-mail as to when we should have a reply from the shipping company at the latest, and we will continue to keep an eye on the case to inform you of any updates as quickly as possible.

Livraison non reçue et suivi difficile
Je ne suis pas satisfait du suivi de ma commande. Commande du 8 avril non livrée par DHL à ce jour. Délai compréhensible avec des explications mais aucune information disponible pour la livraison. Pas de possibilité de joindre DHL. Beautycos considère que la commande est livrée. N° tél service client 080090 60 91 injoignable.

We are sorry your package hasn't been delivered as expected. Unfortunately there has been some delay with your order due to the large amount of packages DHL had to handle after their terminals were closed during Easter. We apologise in behalf of DHL.
We do have a phone number you can call, however I have looked into it and it seems we have some troubles with it. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and we are working on getting it fixed asap as we naturally want our customers to be able to call us if they need help.
I can see the package has been delivered and we hope you a happy with the products. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Délais et consignes de livraison non respectés
Délais de livraison trop longs (commande passée le 23/02 reçue le 06/03) et non respect des consignes (déposé dans un relais-colis à 2,5 km de mon domicile alors que j'avais choisi un relais-colis dans ma rue juste en bas de chez moi !). Carton abîmé mais heureusement produits intacts. Je ne recommanderai pas.

We are very sorry for the long delivery time and we take full responsibility. There have been some technical issues that prevented our system from printing a label for some of the parcel shops near you. The shipping company's data told us that all the parcel shops near you were on holiday and therefore the order could not be sent there. On 29 February, a parcel shop was found where we could print a label and the parcel was finally shipped to you. Therefore, your parcel was delivered a little far from you, which is very unfortunate.
I don't see that you have contacted us about your order arriving damaged. Of course, we would have loved to follow up with the shipping company, but then we would have had to use pictures of how it was delivered. We assume that the packaging has been thrown away, but if you have taken pictures or still have the packaging, please send them to us so we can contact the shipping company about it.
But it's good to hear that the products didn't suffer any damage, despite the rough journey. We hope you are happy with them and hope that you will want to shop with us again in the future, where we can show that what you experienced with this order is definitely not the norm.

We are sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet and are not satisfied with the help we have provided.
You contact us on email 18/1 and we reply the day after where we start a case with DHL.
We continue asking them for a reply 22/1, 24/1 and 25/1 as they take a long time before they reply to us.
We finally get a reply from them 25/1 afternoon and they are looking into what has happened with your package.
We have to wait for them to search for the package and contact the person who was supposed to deliver your package which is what we are currently waiting for feedback on.
We have been doing everything we can to help you and we continue to keep an eye on your case so we can find a solution as quickly as possible. If they find the package they will deliver it to you, and if they declare it lost we will either refund you fully or ship a new order depending on what you would prefer.
We will reply to your email once we have any updates and we hope you will update the review once the case has been closed to showcase the full experience and solution.

We are sorry that you have not been happy with the delivery. I can see you have been in contact with our customerservice regarding the delivery.
I can see you placed the order 7/1 and it was picked and packed later that same day. DHL pick up your package from our warehouse 9/1 and they try to deliver it to your address 15/1. No one is home so they deliver it at a servicepoint 16/1 and the day after the package is ready to be picked up. I can see you have already picked it up and we hope you are happy with the products.
The estimated derlivery days is you can see on our website is calculated from the day the shipping company picks up the package. The day it is picked up is day 0. This is what the delivery companies have given us as an estimate as they can usually deliver within this timeframe. However things can happen and it is to be expected there can be slight delays from time to time. It has not taken 15 days as you mention but rather 7 days, which is 3 days more than the estimated days. I can also see you have payed 9.95€ for your delivery and not more than 10€. We ship from Denmark and this is the cheapest option we have been able to find for delivery to France.
If there are any problems with a package or a delivery from us we are more than happy to help. We hope to see you again in the future and wish you a lovely day.
