BeautyFresh Reviews

Just bought some control dot tights for £50 from them, arrived and packaging and product very flimsy QR doesnt scan or link to anything..far from the originals that i already have.. having to pay to return raised a case with my credit card company and arguing with this joke of a company where they say they will provide invoices from wolford... please do they are probably counterfeit too lol , well good luck with that as i will report to trading standards, wolford, do freedom of information subject data access requests and bring down this whole tin pot company for the audacity that they are questioning my intelligence, rude and awful company avoid.

Would advise caution this company. Purchasing Wolford they send items which unless Wolford have changed the quality of their products do not appear to be regular packaging. Wolford on making contact are not able to find this company as one they supply current Wolford items. We recieved two pairs of knee highs. Admiral and nearly black. The nearly black were nothing like nearly black knee highs purchased from Wolford the past 30 years. We asked for these to be returned but were met with a request to pay for return postage ourselves and to send to a Trading Estate ! No apology etc. We have passed the whole matter and the knew highs to a consumer journalist broadsheets to look into this. We would ask future consumers to be v careful with this company if purchasing branded goods eg Wolford. It appears they have bought up surplus or damaged stock.

Warning warning warning DO NOT buy from this seller on Amazon or any other platform they’re a scam the perfume sent was fake and when I returned it they did not refund or even have the decency to reply to my concerns. Avoid buying from them at all costs

Customer Care is appalling waiting for them to respond to two voicemail messages and three emails to return something

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!
I have been chasing my refund since 29/05/2024. They gave me a false FedEx number, so I have reported them to FedEx, the ACCC and to the police for theft.
I have emailed them several times and have not received a reply.
I am quite upset as this was a voucher that my daughter gave me for my birthday and now the money has gone!!!
The whole thing is a SCAM.
I am warning you not to buy from these thieves!!!

They lie on their page that tax are included. When you buy from this company, you pay taxes in the cart. Than you have to pay it again to the delivery company.
Avoid buying cosmetics from these scammers.

If you think of ordering of this website? DON’T!! Save yourself from disappointment. I ordered on the 8th of August and received a partial order on the 10th. I have been going back and forth with this company for 4 weeks now. Claimed to have opened an investigation with Royal mail which was a lie and came with the conclusion that I should contact my bank and not them. Very professional and reassuring. Avoid them at all costs!!! I contacted Royal Mail myself after the constant excuses and nothing!! No investigation!! I wished I looked them up on Trust Pilot first.

Ordered what was purportedly Wolford with all the Wolford marketing material and when received while outer box said Wolford they were not inside actual Wolford product. We have bought same from actual store for years so we know what we are buying so please be careful. Wish I saw other Trustpilot reviews before I ordered.

Have placed two orders with Beauty Fresh. Great selection of products, great prices and next day delivery on my orders. Would order again.

I ordered a Matis set of cream and serum. It arrived within 4 days of the order and included a free matis large sample. Fabulous!

Ordered two weeks ago. Still no sign of item. Company doesn’t seem to care. Product cost £45. Was a treat from some birthday money. Very disappointed

Ordered for the first time from
The website and I don’t even know if it’s a genuine product as it’s not the same one I used from elsewhere. Only bought here because it was cheaper, they won’t refund it and I’m upset that I can’t use the product next time, I’m sticking to the trusted website even paying a bit more.

Ordered a couple of Guerlain items from Beauty Fresh as the prices were lower compared to other websites, I was a little worried as have never stopped on this website before. Items were delivered promptly (took less than 2 days) and I am very impressed. Will definitely shop here again. EXCELLENT am a happy customer and recommend this website for all your high end beauty items.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company, as the BeautyFresh customer service is brilliant! I ordered 2 x 59ml tubes of Nuface gel primer from them, at the amazingly good price of £12.99 each, they even sent me 2 free samples with my order plus free shipping - and what's better it arrived the very next day!
