Cela fait un mois que j’ai passé et payé une commande mais plus de nouvelles. Toujours rien reçu et pas de réponse aux mails. Qui est cette société ?

My daughter bought me the Glamlight hairdryer for Christmas. As I suffer with fibromyalgia and arthritis, a lightweight, efficient hairdryer has become essential. And this one certainly fit the bill. It is lightweight, easy to use and the blue light and negative ion technologies help my hair to dry without any problems. Would absolutely recommend 5*

I ordered hair and never received a tracking number or update on shipping. Tried contacting this company no response. I really doubt the reviews are genuine and if the company exists in UK. No contact number or address. No response to emails. Contacting the bank it's a scam with fake reviews.
Edited a few days later.....
I got a response after leaving a negative review on the sister company website and the products were delivered the very next day. Its exactly what I ordered with a few satchets of complementary shampoo and an email to apologise. They said they sent 4 Pounds back to my account. I don't know didn't check.
I am not sure what to make of this company. On the UK government website says company status dissolved. They definitely ship from the UK but through the sister company, am not sure if I was ever going to get a response through this website if it wasn't for TrustPilot and someone mentioning the name of their other company on TrustPilot. The first review when I wrote I was very upset and frustrated because they ignored all emails. Hoping their service will improve in the future or at least stick to one website than using multiple sites with same products and only focusing on one site because the other has negative reviews.

Delivery was great, but serum a bit pricey, will definitely shop with them again

I had to write several emails to get across to you and now I am being charged for importation fees that was not stated in your policy, I have reached out again to ask you why UPS is charging for import fees, I have had goods sent in and shipper always covers the cost or state it in your policy or in the receipt. This is just sad

I purchased a curlykids bundle. The bundke was great. It made my daughters hair really soft. The delivery came quickly and I felt it was goid value for money

Only reason for 1 star is because something as simple as "no stock" or "out of stock" is missing on the website. I ordered something, paid and got confirmation only to find out my order was cancelled and a refund paid back to me. The site needs an "out of stock" update

I’m still waiting for my refund, when my item was signed for by them two ago.

Nobody has even replied to my latest email

Was great to order from this company, arrived a few days before the actual delivery date quoted so all good

The service was great, I got my products in a time manner and properly packed so there was no leakage

My items came on time and the UB Shakira smells heaven. Will recommend for anyone with a busy life style.

Ordered product on 13th August but as of yet have received no order, communication or refund.Have e-mailed but no reply on that either.
I have now had a reply from this company stating my product was out of stock and offering an alternative. However I didn’t want the new product so they have cancelled my order and given a full refund

I never got my order. Messaged the company, no response.
Feel scammed.

No tracking number, no courier information...

If I could I would definitely give 0 stars...I keep sending you emails but no answer until now. I ordered 4 days ago and until now it has not been shipped, no tracking number, nothing.
I would like a full refund of the order #2899

I requested they cancel a purchase I made because the shop pay part of the payment auto defaulted to a card I didn’t want to use. I had a Klarna one time payment card but couldn’t get the details to enter into the field. I emailed and then also confirmed that second time round was successful and that I had reordered the item via Klarna one time payment. They proceeded to cancel both items because “they said” they were trying to help me and could see both payments being taken via Shop Pay and not Klarna. I tried to explain this to them but it fell on deaf ears and they then said I accused them of taking the wrong payment. Which was incorrect, I advised them of the error initially but then the cancellation of the 2nd order was neither requested or checked before action, they just assumed. I now have to wait god knows how long for full refunds to be done, quick to take the money but not so quick to return it. I did finally get a sort of apology saying they were just trying to help. What that actually means is beyond me because at no point did I ask them to cancel and refund the second order. Not sure I will be ordering from them one the refunds are issued.

This is a snippet from one of their emails - “We have had nothing but rude comments and accusations to make.” They have also blocked me from their fb to prevent me from commenting and warning others.
