Should give them 0. I ordered products a year ago and never received what i bought. I have sent so so many emails and they never respond so that’s £50 gone for nothing. Surely there’s something that can be done, this is literally stealing.

BEAUTY GLOBE AKA paid £60 for an order via the website and it’s nearly two months ago. No reply from their contact email address and had to go through my bank for a full refund and report the company as FRAUDULENT

I never received my order and I have contacted them several times with no reply and no refund and no item so I have lost 24 pounds, so I would advise people not to order from them.

Ordered on the 11th of September, 11244 and haven’t received my order. I have sent countless emails yet no response and they do not have a telephone number to contact. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

An order was placed as a birthday gift for my child and it has never been delivered. It is now three months later and the company has never responded to any requests to communicate or provide a refund.
This company is a scam and is borderline criminal. I have reported them to trading standards and I write this review to hopefully prevent others from being caught up in their fraudulent actions.

Ordered end of May now October and not received or had any answer to my emails.

This company is a scam, I placed an order in July 2026 and we are now at the end of September but my order has not arrived. They do not respond to messages and there is no contact number.

I placed an order worth nearly £100 with Beauty Globe on 3 August, and I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have sent several emails asking for an update but have received no response whatsoever.

The complete lack of communication and customer service is absolutely appalling. I am now nearly £100 out of pocket, with no order and no explanation. I will be taking further action to recover my money.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Never recieved product or contact .after 2 months claimed refund through PayPal. When I downl I added shop to track parcel it wasn't even showing...waste of rime

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I haven’t received my order after over a month and a half and all emails / social media messages have been ignored. Avoid this website must be a scam

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! STOLE MY MONEY AND LEFT ME WITH NO ITEMS THAT IVE ORDERED. It has been 2 month and no reply despise the thousands of emails i have sent!!! unbelievable!!! scammers!!!

I placed my order on 14th June 2025, as at 25th August I still haven't received it. All my emails to their support contact have not be acknowledged. Scammers!!!

I have waited over a month for my order. There has been NO communication from them.
I have attempted to contact them by email on numerous occasions. They do NOT reply. There is NO phone number available.
I believe they are a scam company.

I would give a zero if I could! Please avoid this company!!!! I placed an order on 27th May and have still not received it! I have emailed and I have received no response! Fraudulent site! Please don’t make the same mistake I did. AVOID!!!!

I have been waiting for almost 2 months. No one has contacted me yet. I haven’t received anything. I need a refund and nobody is replying. I never received the products I paid for and they haven’t refunded me either.

I placed an order with Beauty Globe 11 July 2026. Well after 2 weeks I had not received any tracking information. I sent Beauty Globe a couple of email regarding my order status with no response from them.I went to trust pilot and most of the reviews were bad. Contacted my bank and they were able to get my money back. Think twice before you use this compay. If I could give them no stars that would be my rating.

i placed an order at the beginning of june for a byredo eye kajal and they didn’t even send me a confirmation of the order and they’ve taken the money out of my account but haven’t sent me the order. i emailed them but didn’t get a response. I would urge anyone thinking of buying from beauty globe to rethink as you will part with your money and will not get your order or money back! This retailer is a scam so i urge everyone to be careful ordering from beauty globe as you will be very disappointed and frustrated.

Order paid, no items sent in months. The emails I sent were read but I never received a response. I then read the Trust Pilot reviews and understood right away that this is a scam. I reported the issue to Shopify, the payment processor, provided the ample evidence showing that these people are fraudsters and was told in response that no action would be taken. Report the issue to Shopify and/or request a chargeback from your banks so this can be stopped for good.
