Outrageous and disgusting thieves. If there was a no star rating - it would apply to these people. I placed my order well over a week ago and had an email from Evri saying they are expecting my parcel - whenever I order other items from other companies - usually when the delivery is via Evri, I receive items within 3 days. I kept tracking the item via Evri - but still no notification stating item received in order to pursue my delivery . I contacted Beauty Globe via 3 emails - and absolutely no reply. It wasn't until I decided to look at reviews I realized their continuous bad and unprofessional practice - i.e. ignoring their customers.

I will be asking Trading Standards, if it is possible for them to look into this so call company. They have no right trading - I genuinely believe, despite the claim being UK based - they source their items from other countries, hence the huge delays in delivery of some items - i.e. items are not stocked in the UK - if this is really the case, they should be upfront and honest with customers.

I will be requesting a full refund - which I will be contacting my credit card provider to pursue.

Used to be a good company but fell off after December 2025, packages stopped arriving after being ordered and communication has gotten horrible.

Have emailed them several times about not having received parcels and have placed 2 orders since December - both have never been delivered and emails all go unanswered.

Company has become a complete scam in terms of not replying, not refunding and not giving any sort of updates. Bad to see from how it used to be to now but for any new buyers, do not buy or order from here at all anymore.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BEAUTY GLOBE.
They take your money and don't respond. I ordered 6 weeks ago no response. Scammers.

This is a scam pure and simple. They sent me one message, I assume to ensure the money cleared then I never heard from them again. It's been 2 months. DON'T BUY!!

I placed an order on the 23rd of May and tomorrow will be a month and l haven't received my order,no communication,nothing when l track. Now l dont know the status of my order and l am supposed to travel.
Tried sending emails but noone responds

Ordered 13th may we're on week 5. I've used there messaging service twice and emailed them directly twice. I've only just saw the fine print so be careful.
"Processing times can vary from 1-2 days to over 8 weeks for certain brands which may be special order or have heavy delays. Please be sure to message us prior to ordering should you require more accurate lead times on the specific product you're ordering"
The company should have least replied to me messages to keep me up to date.
Bad form!

I've been waiting for over 4 weeks, and I've emailed twice and no response. They've taken my money so I've asked for a refund....no reply.
If I don't hear within the next 2 days I'm reporting the website.
I'm adding on here on 8 August, still no word or goods delivered. I've contacted my bank who are investigating the company and trying to get my money back from them. I have also reported them as a scam.

I believe this is a fraudulent company. I bought some goods and have chased repeatedly by email and have not received any response. I highly recommend you never buy anything from this fraudulent company. It must be a scam.

I ordered brown sugar babe Rich aunt nourishing body oil on the 25th February 2026 from beauty Globe. Until now my order hasn’t arrived yet, that’s over 3 months now. I have tried to contact their support team through emails and got no response from them. I’m so disappointed and not happy at all, my £48.98 just went down the drain.

A whole scam. They never shipped my products after I paid about 180 euros (order made early May) . They never answer any emails / I really wish I read the reviews here before I ordered anything . Avoid them like a plague

Stay clear of this awful company. My order has not been received.
After not being able to purchase my pillow soft curls from Amazon I tried this company. Big mistake .. no order has been received and it’s been two months I paid £35.. I’ve tried to email and also used the form on the website, not a single response in weeks..never will I use this company again if any one knows how I get a refund back legally please advise me.

I ordered on 4th November 2025 and I'm still waiting on June 1st 2026. I have emailed them several times and had no answer. They took £73.98. Don't use them.

I ordered several products and received nothing regarding my order being ready, shipped, etc.
I then looked at reviews online (should have done that first!) and decided I would cancel my order due to all the awful reviews. However, there is no way to cancel your order! This is a massive red flag to me.
So, I found their customer support email and asked them to cancel my order. There was no response, so I emailed again. Again, no response. Absolutely nothing from "customer support" whatsoever.
I then filed a chargeback with my bank who tried to contact them but it seems like beauty globe didn't respond to them either!!!
I strongly recommend you do not order from here.

Product ordered, confirmed, didn't turn up, no tracking details. Emailed support 3x times. No response. Cancelled via PayPal a month later. Avoid like the plague.

Terrible company. Placed an order on 15th April for blusher. Product never arrived. E mailed them on 25th April, no reply received. Still haven't received a reply or the product I paid for. Why are scam companies like this allowed to get away with fraudelently taking customers money and not supplying the goods?

VERY UNRELIABLE RETAILER
After 3months I've still not received my goods, had no responses to my emails and had no refund. Now going through chargeback process with my bank.

If I could it would be zero stars. Ordered in February and again in April - none of the orders received. Luckily I got an instant refund in May from PayPal - they must be aware of the problems with this company. Do not trust Beauty Globe.

Order #9513 never received after 4 months and no answer to 10 emails, please refrain from buying from there. This is a scam company, dishonest and lying.

I placed an order (Order #10084) back on 27 Mar. It has been over 6 weeks and my order is still "Unfulfilled."
I have sent the email to their customer support to follow up, but I have been completely ignored. There is zero communication and zero transparency regarding stock levels or shipping delays.
I am still interested in receiving my item, but the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. If I do not receive a tracking number or a response within the next 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this as a formal dispute through my payment provider.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STUCK FOR MONTHS.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. All they do is acknowedge your order but then do not send the goods or answer any emails. I think this could be a scam website. I have reported the problem to Pay Pal who are investigating.
