Unfortunately I am now at my wits end

I made an order in January and I know it said 4-6 weeks as the perfumes are from USA
I don’t mind waiting but it’s now April
I’ve sent a few emails and only once was replied and no updates since
It’s nearly 300 pounds I seem to have lost
I think communication is important and even if they just replied saying look we can’t get them or it’s going to be another few weeks fine but no contact and no products and now no money
I will try and contact my credit card company to see if there’s anyway of getting the money back
I hate leaving bad reviews as I know how hard times are and maybe they are overwhelmed but I really feel a bit frustrated

Never received the orders nor any follow-up response to emails. Had to open a dispute with my bank to receive the money back as order apparently has been dispatched and Evri has been waiting weeks to receive it now.

I made an order 2 months ago and they’re still preparing the order. Do they even fulfill their orders?

Still not received the item I ordered, Tried to email with no response. Do not order any items from this company. Stay clear scammed

Purchased two products 4 weeks ago, have emailed customer support twice and had no response. Over £120 spent, no products and no response to my emails. Avoid!!!!!

I ordered a product on 15 January and still have not received it. I have emailed customer service about 6 times and SHOP three times. No one has bothered to reply and I still have no products and no refund. A total disgrace. Do NOT I repeat NOT use this company. I’m out of pocket for £140 and I will not give up until I have my money back

No response and no order update
I placed an order on October 24 and have still not received any update regarding my purchase. I have contacted Beauty Globe twice, but I have not received any response or explanation.
At this point, I want to cancel my order and receive a full refund. Unfortunately, I have neither received my order or my money back. This lack of communication is very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend ordering from this company, as there seems to be no customer support or accountability.

Product order 21/2/26 - not received over a month later and no reply to 2 support emails sent.

Unfortunately I can’t leave zero stars. I ordered an item a month ago. I’m still waiting and my emails have been unanswered. I can’t review the product I paid for as i haven’t received it.

Ordered a gift for my granddaughter. I do not say this lightly but frankly my experience with this company is worse than bad. Having received an acknowledgement of my order and taken a payment via PayPal ( thankfully). That was it - no more communication , no product. I contacted their customer service and was completely ignored - no product and so issued a charge back request to PayPal who refunded me instantly.

On Googling this company I discovered I was not the only customer to have received such poor service. My advice is to look elsewhere .

I have ordered an Erno lazlo Mud Soap about 11 days ago from Beauty Globe. No tracking or information about the parcel.My order number #9946 and my name is Elli-Anna. I have sent them an email in their customer support group and on their live chat but I have been completely ignored. What is happening? Very bad customer service. Extremely disappointed.

No product received. No communication. Ordered on 30th January and have emailed several times. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

If you have placed an order, go ahead and contact you bank immediately. This is a scam, you will not get you product not will they reach out to you.

I ordered a fragrance. No order update on the app ‘shop’.

No response to emails.

Thankfully I used pay pal. I opened a dispute and my money was refunded almost instantly.

Bought 6 Items for £200+ and they only delivered 2. Tried to email them regarding when they would be able to deliver the rest and they just ghosted me. Still trying to get the money back with my bank but I would never order from them again. 0/10

Ordered in September, still no item. No refund, no answers to emails...nothing. Do not recommend this company at all.

I placed an order on January 8th. I still haven't received anything. No update on the order. Nothing. I've written to customers support several times but received no answer. I wish I had checked earlier whether the website was legitimate.

I made an order on the 5th of January. Now it’s the 12th of March and I am yet to receive an order. Had a response on the 20th of February to say:” We’ve had some huge delays with shipments from the US and also in the process of moving our stock to a new location.

Your order is due to be shipped any day now, literally waiting for the Touchland item to arrive. We do have some other scents in stock if you’re interested in swapping to one of those? ”

I responded with what I wanted this to be changed for but still nothing! Spent over £150 and will be trying to get my money back. Luckily I used my credit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
