I ordered item 9043 and shortly afterwards received an email stating that it was not in stock. I don’t understand why the item was being advertised if it was clearly unavailable. I agreed to wait a month for it to be restocked, but nothing arrived.
It has now been three months, and despite sending three separate refund requests, all of which have been ignored, I still have neither the product nor a refund. This experience has been extremely disappointing.
Based on this experience, I will not be using this company again and would not recommend them.

I still haven’t received my product and I wish I had read more reviews before ordering. I’ve emailed the company multiple times, but they haven’t replied. There’s no tracking information or update about my order. Very disappointing experience.

The most unreliable website and supplier of all time!! I placed two orders #9115 and #9552. It’s been months and no update on the shipping or anything. I emailed them and no response. This is beyond messed up. I will try to get a chargeback if I don’t hear from them for long enough.

I placed my order on the 14th of feb. It is now March 9th. I still have not received my order or a refund or even an answer after trying to contact beautyglobe on numerous occasions. Will certainly not be ordering from this company again.

Scam! Wish I read reviews before ordering. Have taken my money and ignoring my messages about where my order is. I will be reporting this company.

Purchased some EOS products on 5th Dec 2025. Emailed multiple times asking where my order was. Finally got a response at the end of Jan 2026 saying the EOS products were out of stock. I asked for a refund and they said they’d send it “shortly”. It’s now March 2026 and I don’t have my products nor refund. DO NOT BUYY!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS!!! ITS A SCAMMM

I ordered a Cyklar body lotion on the 8th of December 2025 it is now the 6th of March (!) 2026 and all ive gotten so far is one email about “due to the holidays it is busy”.
Ive send so many emails and ive gotten 1 email back.
They are just ignoring me atp.
Give me back my money or send the damn body lotion.
It’s not that hard.
Beauty Globe, you should be ashamed of the way you handled/are handling these matters.

Worst company ever, stay away from ordering from them. No product delivered then silence from them, have emailed them loads of times and messaged on their website, never get a reply.

Ordered a product from them nearly 2 months ago now, order no #9143 and have not received any shipping updates whatsoever. I emailed them on the 22nd of Feb, to end up with no response like countless other people who have ordered from them so now I’m going to have to figure out how to get my money back. Do not order with this supplier if you expect to get anything but your money taken!

I placed an order on the 30th Jan, I have ordered from here before and never had any issues however this time I still have not received my order and have emailed and messaged on instagram and had no response! I am very saddened by the lack of communication and want a full refund!

Please DO NOT buy from beauty globe. I wish I had come on here first before making a purchase. I placed an order on the 30 Jan, I have chased for updates with no reply.

Beauty Globe, where is my order? I haven't received it even though you said it was shipped. I called Evri, and they haven't received it either. Please avoid this company for your peace of mind. I believe I have been scammed. It's been weeks since I placed the order.

In November 2025, I ordered something from Beauty Globe and the order still hasn't arrived. They don't respond to any communication. I would never recommend them to anyone. The order has been paid for, of course.

I placed an order on 3/2/26, order number # 9544. I have still yet to receive my order and at this point I am ready to phone the bank and dispute the charge!!

Run for your life.
Placed my order on Nov 16th 2025 and still haven’t received my package. But they were quick to take the money. After 4 emails they only replied in December that they had ran out of stock and were expecting a shipment “in the coming days”. I’ve tried getting in touch again and after no further response I’ve lost faith it will arrive. So this is pretty much a scam. Don’t buy here.

I placed an order on the 9th Feb #9615. I have not received my order and despite numerous attempts to obtain an update, the supplier has ignored me. I don’t trust this supplier and would strongly urge others to steer clear, this either a scam or a business going under.

Ordered on 27th January. 9427. Paid with PayPal. No updates from Beauty Globe. Sent several emails to their supposed support address. No response. Don’t know where to go from here.
Be aware of this company. Will never order from them again and suggest no one else does.
UPDATE I have today been given a full refund for my undelivered order. Pleasant enough e mail with apologies. However, I feel the only reason for the response was having seen my negative review. They also asked that having had a resolution I delete or amend my review. To avoid further negative reviews I suggest this company starts keeping their customers fully informed on their orders. Not difficult in this age of communications.
Still won’t be ordering from them again as I wasted too much time chasing an item that I never received.

Order #8031. Placed an order in November 2025. Only 2 out of the 8 items were shipped after several follow-ups. I have not received any messages. I have requested for a refund and nothing.

Ordered one item and it was confirmed on the 5th of feb (date of order), since then, no updates on if the package has been sent or not.

I have emailed them twice asking for an update. no response. I am disappointed. wondering if anyone has a way to go about this.

Do not order from beauty globe. It has been a whole month. I had emailed them again for a refund- no response or updates. Still have not received my order. Resorting to my bank to try and get my money back.
