Don’t order from beauty globe. I ordered mid December and haven’t received anything yet. I did email in January and they said they would send it on a 48hr delivery. Never had a notification from a shipper that the parcel is on its way. Nothing delivered to date. I have requested a refund. Surprise surprise nothing. I will be contacting my credit card co for a refund on this one.

This company is very unreliable. Three weeks on and I am still waiting for what I ordered. I have contacted them four times and nobody has had the decency to contact me. VERY POOR customer service!

I would stay well clear of this company, placed on order on 15th December and still no updates or received goods! I have emailed numerous times had 1 response to inform me the items out of stock but shipment on its way so will be delivered in couple of days! Nothing as of yet and that was over a month ago and now not responding to my emails! Terrible company AVOID!!

Items perfect condition at a great price. Delivery on time. I’d purchase from this company again I’m really happy with my order. Thankyou!!

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOUR ORDER.
They ignored multiple emails I sent with requests for a shipping update. They ignored DMs & comments on their instagram page. They ignored my requests for a refund.
I’d give zero stars if I could.
I got a refund via chargeback from my bank. Beauty Globe have actually had the audacity to try to challenge the chargeback refund. Listen to the reviews….keep your money…and AVOID these morally bankrupt charlatans!!!!

Took my money, never responded to any emails or DM's via instagram.. these companies are so quick to take your money then its radio silence. Ive requested a full refund and have had no response and I have emailed and messaged multiple times. I will be requesting a charge back from my bank today. Please do not use this company

I ordered 2 of the SkinSmart Nipple Relief Spray for Breastfeeding back in October when I had my baby which cost over £70. The products still haven’t arrived!

I’ve emailed them to check in - only yesterday to be fair - no reply as of yet.

I’m not sure if this is a legit company or if it’s just a scam.

They took my money (over 200 pounds) and never shipped the product.

They answered to my first email asking for the order details and then completely stopped answering. Have sent multiple emails over the course of 1 month.

Had to file credit card fraud.

I placed my order in August 2025, and shipping was delayed until 24th September, only after I had reached out via email.
The parcel was never delivered because Evri lost it. I have written 9 emails to them since then with evidence from Evri, no response or refund, and it's the end of January 2026.

I made an order earlier this month and there has been no updates after sending an email direct and an email via their contact us page. I don’t use social media so thought I might try here to get a response. 2 stars as I have no idea how the service is because it’s been radio silence for a long time.

I placed an order 28th November and the first time I chased I did get an email apologising for the delay and it would be shipped as soon as the delivery had been received. That was the 14.12.25. I have chased a couple of times now with no response. I appreciate the stock can come from the US however the lack of updates is really disappointing. Unfortunately I wouldn’t purchase from

Ordered an item on the 22nd November 2025 and still waiting. Delivery status has indicated it’s on its way from before Christmas. Horrendous customer service, I’ve sent 3 emails politely enquiring as to my order, have asked for a refund and nothing, no response whatsoever. I would not recommend this company, shocking service taking payment and not delivering. Avoid.

Buyer beware, untrustworthy company! Placed an order for a difficult to find product almost a month ago and still have not received the product or a response to emails asking for an update. I was given a tracking number for Evri and upon following up with them they have said they cannot find the package. This indicates that Beuty Globe have created a "Ghost Package" without actually sending anything - a common scam.

Order 21st December and order has never been received. Attempts to contact have got no response. Money has been taken but so far without being able to contact this company I do not have my money back or the product. Terrible service, steer clear.

Awful company. Avoid at all costs. They take your money and never send the products ordered. I ordered in dec and still nothing. They don’t even respond to your emails. Absolute disgrace. Cat even get a refund out of them.

Company was great. Helped with an issue with the item not working..no fault of theirs. Would highly recommend them.

The order came so fast. I got the EOS body lotion and I’m in love. It’s massive, smells amazing and feels amazing. Definitely worth the money and it’s great to have somewhere to get brands that aren’t in store. Definitely coming back…
