I have ordered a few times from this website and its always amazing! Best products and quick delivery. Highly recommend!!

They do not reply to emails which is particularly infuriating when you have ordered an item and never receive any update which left me chasing them for weeks until I eventually got my refund.

I was sceptical about this order after reading some negative comments. I placed it on 28th November and the company assured me it would take some time. I did email the company chasing an update on the order and they responded in less than 24hrs. The lead time for delivery from the US to the UK was four weeks and additional 2 weeks once the item was received in the UK. I received my order on the 6 January. The item was well packaged. No complaints.

I placed an order on October 24 and have still not received any update regarding my purchase. I have contacted Beauty Globe twice, but I have not received any response or explanation.
At this point, I want to cancel my order and receive a full refund. Unfortunately, I have neither received my order or my money back. This lack of communication is very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend ordering from this company, as there seems to be no customer support or accountability.

I’ve had to edit my review as I had an item missing from my parcel which I have chased for nearly 2 months being promised it would be sent now getting no replies. Apart from this I’ve had no problems which is a shame

I’ve never had a problem with this company. I’ve always received my parcel in good time and had one item missing due to being out of stock but this has now been sorted. I will be continuing to order and have placed quite a few so far.

I made an order on 10.11.25 and to date have not received it. I have twice requested a refund, the first time on 19.12.25 when I was asked to be patient as they are a new company.
Yesterday I requested an immediate refund of the whole amount paid, £36.99, as they have now had my money for almost 2 months without supplying any goods.
Would seem the premise of the company is not working.

Beauty Globe are my go to for all Prequel products. Items always arrive and are well packaged. Whilst delivery can take time, I understand this is normal as the product has to get imported from the USA. Genuine seller and really good customer service team.

Can’t rate this company highly enough. Was desperate to get a Touchland hand sanitiser in time for my daughter for Christmas. Placed the order two days beforehand and asked if it would arrive in time. Response was swift, the made sure to check what they had in stock and swapped out what they didn’t but all communicated up front. And it arrived in time for the big day! One happy child (and relieved parent!). Will definitely use your services again. Thank you!

I placed an order #8031 on 28th November and anytime I ask about It I don’t get a response though I got a response about other things I inquired about. It’s been well over 4 weeks and I don’t even know the whereabouts of my items.

I ordered a Saltair Water Vanilla 5% AHA Serum om the 14th of December. Since then I've heard nothing. The site says you can track your order using the shop app which is a complete lie as the app simply says waiting for details when its been almost two weeks since my order. The only thing the app can give you is beauty globe's email which is just a pointless as everything else related to this company as I emailed asking for delivery details for my order on the 17th of December and again on the 20th. I haven't had a single reply back, not even a 'please be patient, we're busy, we expect to contact customers back in x amount of days'. Thankfully I paid via credit card so am able to cancel the charge as this feels like a massive scam with almost 2 weeks since delivery and no contact, no updates and no replies.

It's a SCAM. Please do not order.
I've placed my order on 2nd of November. Almost 2 months later I haven't received my order.
They don't reply to email and don't want to refund.

I ordered and paid for a product one month ago. No tracking information and no product. I paid as much for the postage as I did for the product. I paid $105 and got nothing. No response to my emails either.

Absolute scam ordered on 12/12/25 emailed four times when i became concerned due to no delivery or order status not one reply i then informed them i had forwarded the order to the police and the bank as a scam was answered within sn hour saying its our busy period only just seen your email order has been cancelled and refunded (not you ordered 12 days ago and your delivery should be with you very soon!!!) avoid at all costs

I placed an order with Beauty Globe on 9th December for two items, which were intended as Christmas presents for my niece. As of 22nd December, the order has still not arrived, and I have received no communication or updates whatsoever.

These items were not cheap, and the complete lack of customer service has been extremely disappointing. I have tried to contact Beauty Globe multiple times via email, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger, yet I have had no response at all.

At this point, the issue is not just the delay but the total absence of communication. I would not recommend ordering from this company, especially for time-sensitive purchases like gifts.

Update:
I since managed to get a reply on Instagram and had my parcel within 24hrs. So It has went from extremely poor service to excellent service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - We placed an order and payment was taken from our account, however we have received no communication, no responses to our emails, and the products have still not been delivered after three weeks.

I received my order promptly with an incorrect item. I informed Beauty Globe and they replied super quickly and shipped a replacement straight away. This arrived quickly and they allowed me to keep the incorrect item. Excellent customer service. High quality items.

First time leaving a review on trustpilot , I didn’t think this order was going to arrive after reaching out a few times and no response . I placed the order 3/4 weeks ago and it came today , everything absolutely fine and exactly what I ordered. Just be mindful that if it’s a gift it may take a while so don’t order if you are in need of it quickly . Other then that everything perfect

Ordered a Xmas present in good faith in November , still not arrived. Poor communication and they don’t reply to emails promptly. Unable to track the item myself. I wouldn’t recommend

The reason for the 3 star is because the packaging was a bit worse for wear . It came in a jiffy envelope which was fine no damage to it . The actual fragrance box was quite a bit frayed . So who ever packaged it ,in the jiffy envelope sent it out like that and thought that was ok . For the amount I paid for it the box should have been in pristine . I brought this for my daughter for christmas , who sent me a link . I just brought it because that was what she wanted , I didn't look at the description (thats on me ) if I had I wouldn't of brought it , because when it arrived I was like , I paid over £40 for this tiny bottle. Just make sure you check the description

So initially I gave this company one star as I was waiting on my order placed on 1st December. However, the customer service team e-mailed within two hours of my review and they have literally been amazing. They explained one part of my order was delayed on the way from the US but were happy to offer an alternative that I was happy with and really listened to what I needed and made sure they came up with a solution. They have organised to have all items delivered tomorrow. I think all customers accept sometimes things don't go according to plan but its the way the company deals with it that is the vital part and Beauty Globe have honestly been amazing. I would say if you are struggling with order times then get in touch with customer service and they will resolve for you.
