Never received my order.

Placed an order which did not arrive and the company did not respond to any emails asking for an update.

I placed my order on 30th November and have still not received it or been given any indication on when I can expect to. I emailed them on the 9th December to see what's happening and I've still not had a reply. I wish I'd listened to the other reviews -- mine seems to be a common experience, which leads me to question the authenticity of this company.

This is my second time ordering from Beauty Globe. I've noticed an improvement in customer service, ( like keeping you up to date about your order ) I placed an order on the 28/11/2025, and i received it on the 05/12/2025. Im really happy with the service. Thank you.

Ordered on the 29th of November. Still haven't heard a thing. Not even confirmation that my product is on the way. Messaged support and they dont reply either. Awful customer service.

First time ordering and very pleased. Package came within a week. Brilliant that I could buy something that isn’t really sold by anyone else in the uk due to it being an American brand. Would definitely order again.

Avoid this company if you want fast delivery or to receive what you ordered all all!!! They ignore all your emails until you leave reviews here then they eventually respond saying your emails have been going to their spam! When I finally received a response after leaving a review here they asked me to reconsider my star rating even though I’m yet to receive my order. Such a nightmare of a company to deal with

I love that i can get something that i can’t get in Europe but i really wanted it so i love your shop and can’t Wait to order more! Also i got everything that i orderd so that i amazing!

terrible customer service - I have ordered haircolour
over 3 weeks ago ….no notification about delivery or delay ..I did write to customer service as no telephone number and received 1 reply 10 days ago saying they are chasing they supplier ….again not received reply to my recent email and will now have to try and get my money back ….not happy at all
update - within 1 day I received a refund but was also asked to reconsider my review …why would I do that as the company is selling products they have to source from other suppliers as they don’t have them in stock

Still waiting for my order from September after spending £50.
No answer to emails or social media. Disgusting! Avoid!!!!!

Great item at a reasonable price and delivered promptly

Ordered on the 30th of October. Had to chase, they said they were having issues receiving deliveries. I've since requested a refund twice, and had no reply. Wouldn't bother, and will now raise a dispute with my bank.

The website was easy to use, the product shipped promptly and arrived in good time. When i made an enquiry, the support team was quick to reply with helpful information. i would buy again from this website

So I've had a couple of okay purchases even though I had to wait a month for each order - I've tried to contact the seller for my most recent purchase as it has been 6 weeks and I have had no response. I have even requested a refund and no response. If the products are unavailable then they should not be advertised on the site. Very disappointed.

So far, I have made two purchases from this website and both experiences went well. For the first one I ordered the EOS cream bundle which took some time to arrive compared to the delivery date given. However, once I contacted customer service, they gave me a quick response and assured me that the goods will be delivered but had a slight delay due to them not being in stock. My second order was delivered on time. I ordered the products on the 5th of October and received them on the 20th of October as scheduled. As I'm an avid lover of American products, I will continue to purchase from this website.
